The 24th Annual Tin Pan South Songwriters Festival Presented by Regions Bank is thrilled to partner for the ninth consecutive year with Watkins College of Art, Design & Film for its festival artwork. Select Watkins students competed to create a concept that captured the essence of the event, and this year, Chris Robertson’s design has been chosen to represent all Tin Pan South marketing, passes, posters and banners.
This year’s class of Country Radio Hall of Fame inductees have been announced and are Blair Garner, Mike & Dana Schuff, and Lisa Dent in the On-Air category, and Mick Anselmo, Kerby Confer, Jack Reno, Tim Roberts and Jim Slone in the Radio category. Reigning ACM and CMA “Entertainer of the Year,” Luke Bryan, will be on-hand to recognize the inductees LIVE during the Country Radio Seminar 2016 opening ceremonies on Feb. 8 at 3 p.m. CT; providing an opportunity for the class of 2016 to be acknowledged during Country radio’s biggest week. Thanks to the generosity of Country artists and fans at CMA Music Festival, the CMA Foundation announced its annual donation for music education as well as grant recipients for 2016 with 29 charitable groups receiving a record $2.68 million.

With cold weather approaching, Nashville-based Room In The Inn and Founder, Charles Strobel, celebrate the 30th winter season of providing the homeless shelter and meals throughout Middle Tennessee. With the aid of more than 190 congregations and 6,500 volunteers, over 1,000 unhoused persons will have a place to stay through the program this season. As many continue to show support, the 16th Annual Nashville Unlimited Christmas Concert will take place tonight (12/15) featuring Emmylou Harris, Three Ring Circle and other surprise guests at Christ Church Cathedral, as all proceeds directly support Room In The Inn.
