About Carly Pearce
Fiercely rooted in the classics, the girl who left her Kentucky home and high school at 16 to take a job at Dollywood has grown into a woman who embraces the genre’s forward progression. GRAMMY® Award-winning singer-songwriter Carly Pearce lit a fire with her debut album Every Little Thing and the PLATINUM-certified history-making title track, and she hasn’t slowed down since. Pearce’s 3x PLATINUM-certified “I Hope You’re Happy Now” with Lee Brice won both the 2020 CMA Awards Musical Event and 2021 ACM Awards Music Event, plus ACM Single of the Year. Pearce, now a Grand Ole Opry and Kentucky Music Hall of Fame member, has come a long way from the pain she felt writing her critically acclaimed and commercially lauded third studio album 29 which includes Country Radio chart toppers “Never Wanted To Be That Girl” with Ashley McBryde and  “What He Didn’t Do.” For the PLATINUM-certified “Never Wanted To Be That Girl,” Pearce picked up her second consecutive ACM Music Event of the Year in 2022 and marked the third duet between two solo women to top Billboard’s Country Airplay chart. The song also took home the 2022 CMA Musical Event of the Year and won a GRAMMY® Award for Best Country Duo/Group Performance, marking Pearce’s first and making history as the first female pairing to win in the category. Earlier this year, Pearce joined Blake Shelton’s BACK TO THE HONKY TONK TOUR and made her 100th performance at the Grand Ole Opry. As she closed out that pivotal 29 chapter with her first live album 29: WRITTEN IN STONE (LIVE FROM MUSIC CITY), Pearce now steps into the next chapter of her musical career with the praised release of her new single “We Don’t Fight Anymore” (featuring Chris Stapleton) in June and August release of “Country Music Made Me Do It.”  Pearce will embark on her 2023 fall headline COUNTRY MUSIC MADE ME DO IT TOUR starting October 5 through November 18. In March 2024, Pearce will join Tim McGraw’s 2024 STANDING ROOM ONLY TOUR as direct support. Honored as one of CMT’s 2022 Artists of The Year, the 2021 CMA Female Vocalist of the Year and 2022 ACM Awards Female Artist of the Year, Pearce continues to resonate with her honest lyrics and timeless musicality. Switchfoot Teams With Ingrid Andress For Reimagined “On Fire”

Today, GRAMMY-winning rock group Switchfoot teams up with four-time GRAMMY-nominated singer/songwriter Ingrid Andress to release a reimagined version of Switchfoot’s 2003 track “On Fire.”

This new rendition will be included on ‘The Beautiful Letdown (Our Version) [Deluxe Edition],’ a recently announced 25-track celebration of 2003’s breakthrough album ‘The Beautiful Letdown’ featuring new recordings by The Jonas Brothers, OneRepublic’s Ryan Tedder, Jon Bellion, Dayglow, Twenty One Pilots’ Tyler Joseph + more.

One of the brightest stars in contemporary country music, Andress’ reimagined “On Fire” adopts an almost inspirational tone that contrasts Switchfoot’s lovelorn original. On top of a steady rhythmic backing complete with acoustic guitar and a subtle plucked banjo, Andress’ assured vocal performance is a proud declaration of love and yearning, and her charged new rendition provides yet another example of the enduring influence of Switchfoot’s timeless songwriting.

Tickets for Fall Arena Tour On Sale Now

Nashville, TN – August 10, 2023 – “ Chase down the silver lining, we’re gonna find a way,” lead singer Bear Rinehart of multi-platinum rock band NEEDTOBREATHE recites on their newest single, “Hideaway,” released today.

Co-written by Rinehart and notable Nashville songwriters Trent Dabbs and John-Luke Carter, “Hideaway” is a catchy, uplifting track that will resonate with listeners that have ever felt tired, beaten down or alone.

Described as “hopeful and joyful” (Rolling Stone) and as “delivering a passion through their music that leaves their fans feeling like they’ve just climbed down from a mountain” (Forbes) the comforting message of “Hideaway” encourages resiliency through the hard times.

It’s also what initiated the recording process for the band’s new album CAVES. “We traveled to Utah to do pre-production on some new songs and ‘Hideaway’ came together in a really magical way,” NEEDTOBREATHE explains, “It’s one of our favorite moments on the record.”

Due out September 15, CAVES is a collection of awe-inspiring melodies, breathtaking instrumentation and epic-scale energy, giving the band’s soul-probing approach a bigger, more expansive new scope––one that American Songwriter writes is “brimming with anthemic, arena-worthy sounds” and has “larger-than-life productions.”

The album features a diverse lineup of special guests, including country hitmakers Carly Pearce and Old Dominion, Northern Irish singer-songwriter Foy Vance and alternative rock band Judah & The Lion, who will be touring with NEEDTOBREATHE this fall. Tickets are on sale now HERE.

CAVES was written in two post-pandemic phases – first during their aforementioned getaway in Utah, where the group was finally able to get together again, and then again after they returned to the road, re-acclimating to massive crowds alongside OneRepublic. The making of the album was captured in a two-part documentary “A World Without A Mirror: The Making of CAVES”. To watch part one, click HERE.

About NEEDTOBREATHE

Despite a 20-year history that includes all the accolades of an iconic band, GRAMMY-nominated, multi-platinum band NEEDTOBREATHE came into their latest studio album with a much different frame of mind. They still felt they had something to prove. In truth, this is a band who have loomed large for years, leveraging a unique fusion of modern rock, purpose-driven soul and irresistible pop appeal into a stat line which puts them in exceedingly rare company. Formed in South Carolina in 2001, NEEDTOBREATHE has grown and evolved to occupy a unique position in the modern genre landscape. They’ve placed five Number One albums all across the Billboard chart spectrum, from Rock and Alternative. They’ve racked up two billion career streams and scored multi-platinum chart topping hits – deep-feeling anthems with a spiritual conscious like “Brother” (feat. Gavin DeGraw), “Who Am I,” “Let’s Stay Home Tonight” and dozens more. And they’ve done it all while filling venues across the globe, either as headliners or with a diverse array of superstars like Taylor Swift, OneRepublic and Tim McGraw. Ask their fans and it’s been two decades of spirit-mining songs, master musicianship and elemental artistry, digging deep to create a series of sonic monuments to the human condition. Yet for all they’ve built, the five-piece group remains a veiled figure in the shadowed fringe of modern rock to some – so on their ninth studio album, CAVES, they’re coming out into the light. Due September 15, CAVES is a collection of awe-inspiring melodies, breathtaking instrumentation and epic-scale energy, giving the band’s soul-probing approach a bigger, more expansive new scope. Kameron Marlowe And Erin Kirby Give The Fans What They Want! New Version Of “I CAN LIE (THE TRUTH IS)” Out Now

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – When Kameron Marlowe first gave fans a sneak peek of his latest release “I Can Lie (The Truth Is)” last November, one response stood out. Aspiring singer/songwriter Erin Kirby posted a TikTok adding harmonies over Marlowe’s original voice memo, drawing immediate praise (including a “HOLY S***” from Marlowe himself) as fans flooded both artists’ comments begging for an official duet. Today, the pair answer the call with “I Can Lie (The Truth Is)” by Kameron Marlowe featuring Erin Kirby. Listen HERE.

“A while back I teased this song on TikTok and the next day I got an insane amount of notifications about this girl named Erin Kirby. I listened to her video and immediately said we had to throw her on ‘I Can Lie’,” said Marlowe. “This song wouldn’t be true without her, and she was definitely the missing link to making the story of this song come to life. I’m excited for my first duet to be something the fans made happen and I can’t wait to see how Erin’s career takes off from here. She’s the real deal and I’m very proud of this song.”

Marlowe released the solo version of “I Can Lie (The Truth Is)” earlier this month, but listeners were still ravenous to hear Kirby’s distinct vocals round out the track and blend with Marlowe’s mournful wail. Unbeknownst to Kirby, Marlowe was hard at work behind the scenes to make it happen and extended the invite to join him for a duet via TikTok – the platform that originally connected the two. Thinking she was on her way to a meeting, the 19-year-old Georgia native actually ended up in the recording studio, where Marlowe surprised her with the news that she would be recording vocals that day. Watch the moment HERE.

Kirby added “This has been such a thrill getting to be a part of this song! From the response to me covering the song, to then getting surprised by Kameron to sing with him on it, I’m just so excited to be a part of this and can’t wait for y’all to hear it.”

Additionally, Marlowe invited Kirby to join him for their first joint live performance Tuesday (6/27) on the Grand Ole Opry. “I Can Lie (The Truth Is)” earned nearly 1.5 million global streams its first week of release and has been touted as “a heater” by Whiskey Riff as Country Now observed “The singer/songwriter’s baritone vocals are accompanied by the traditional sounds of pedal steel and the fiddle, taking listeners back to that traditional country sound that’s been passed down from generation to generation by the likes of Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings and more.”

It’s the latest offering from Marlowe, who is a member of the CMT Listen Up and Opry NextStage classes of 2023. He released his debut album We Were Cowboys – produced by Dann Huff – in 2022 and will spend the rest of the year touring with Luke Bryan, Dierks Bentley, and Jordan Davis in between his own headline dates, fairs, and festivals including Watershed, Faster Horses, Windy City Smokeout, and more.
