Amanda is a seasoned industry veteran, having worked behind the chair for over 15 years. She works with some of the biggest names in music, including Blake Shelton, Kelly Clarkson, Miranda Lambert, Brett Eldredge, RaeLynn, Lee Ann Womack, and Gwen Sebastian, among others. She currently travels to Los Angeles each week to work alongside Shelton at NBC’s “The Voice,” while commuting back to Nashville to work with her salon guests and other music industry clients.
Derek currently splits his time between his home in Nashville and New York City, where he holds the position of General Manager at Redken 5th Avenue’s flagship Cutler Salons. Additionally, Derek works with over 20 salon owners throughout the United States as a beauty industry expert and salon business consultant with Summit Salon Business Center, the world’s largest salon and spa consulting company. He is an expert in the fields of strategy, operations, and development on the salon side of the beauty industry. His previous positions were as Salon Director and Shareholder of Studio Gaven haircolour and The Studio by Studio Gaven in Nashville; and in the corporate world at L’Oréal USA working for both the Redken and Kérastase brands.
