Body Of Craig Morgan’s Son, Jerry Greer, Found After Boating Accident

After 2 days of searching, the body of Jerry Greer (19), son of country music entertainer Craig Morgan and wife Karen Greer, has been found in Kentucky Lake.

The Humphreys County (TN) Sheriff’s Department recovered his body Monday evening after a search that began Sunday following a boating accident on Kentucky Lake in Tennessee.  Greer was tubing with friends when he went missing after his tube overturned and he did not come up despite wearing a floatation device.

A 2016 graduate of Dickson County High School, Jerry planned to play football for Marshall University in the fall.

Prayers For Craig Morgan And Family, Son Missing Following Boat Accident

Recent Dickson County High School graduate Jerry Greer (19), son of country music entertainer Craig Morgan and wife Karen Greer, went missing yesterday following a boating accident on Kentucky Lake in Humphreys County, Tennessee. Recovery efforts to locate him are underway. The family is grateful for everyone’s support and prayers and requests privacy during this difficult time.

Filmed in his hometown of Dickson, Tennessee, the clip showcases highlights from the Black River Entertainment recording artist’s own stomping grounds including various locales along the town’s Main St., his personal home and in his 1994 Line-X armored Jeep. Directed by Robert Chavers, “I’ll Be Home Soon” gets even more personal for the star as his daughter Aly makes a cameo appearance in the video, as does his wife Karen’s image in their original wedding photos. Craig Morgan Headlines AutoZone Liberty Bowl Halftime Show

Country music entertainer, military veteran, award winning TV host and philanthropist CRAIG MORGAN headlined the AutoZone Liberty Bowl Halftime Show in Memphis, TN as Arkansas beat Kansas State 45-23 over the weekend.  The sold out game was seen live by over 60,000 fans and aired on ESPN. Craig also received the AutoZone Liberty Bowl’s Outstanding Achievement Award at the President’s Gala on January 1. Each year, this award is presented in recognition of excellence in the field of music and entertainment, as well as service to the community. Past recipients include Danny Thomas, Elvis Presley, B.B. King, Lou Rawls, Clint Black, Little Richard, Alabama, The Beach Boys, LeAnn Rimes, The O’Jays, KC & The Sunshine Band, The Temptations and Big & Rich.
