About Carly Pearce
Fiercely rooted in the classics, the girl who left her Kentucky home and high school at 16 to take a job at Dollywood has grown into a woman who embraces the genre’s forward progression. GRAMMY® Award-winning singer-songwriter Carly Pearce lit a fire with her debut album Every Little Thing and the PLATINUM-certified history-making title track, and she hasn’t slowed down since. Pearce’s 3x PLATINUM-certified “I Hope You’re Happy Now” with Lee Brice won both the 2020 CMA Awards Musical Event and 2021 ACM Awards Music Event, plus ACM Single of the Year. Pearce, now a Grand Ole Opry and Kentucky Music Hall of Fame member, has come a long way from the pain she felt writing her critically acclaimed and commercially lauded third studio album 29 which includes Country Radio chart toppers “Never Wanted To Be That Girl” with Ashley McBryde and  “What He Didn’t Do.” For the PLATINUM-certified “Never Wanted To Be That Girl,” Pearce picked up her second consecutive ACM Music Event of the Year in 2022 and marked the third duet between two solo women to top Billboard’s Country Airplay chart. The song also took home the 2022 CMA Musical Event of the Year and won a GRAMMY® Award for Best Country Duo/Group Performance, marking Pearce’s first and making history as the first female pairing to win in the category. Earlier this year, Pearce joined Blake Shelton’s BACK TO THE HONKY TONK TOUR and made her 100th performance at the Grand Ole Opry. As she closed out that pivotal 29 chapter with her first live album 29: WRITTEN IN STONE (LIVE FROM MUSIC CITY), Pearce now steps into the next chapter of her musical career with the praised release of her new single “We Don’t Fight Anymore” (featuring Chris Stapleton) in June and August release of “Country Music Made Me Do It.”  Pearce will embark on her 2023 fall headline COUNTRY MUSIC MADE ME DO IT TOUR starting October 5 through November 18. In March 2024, Pearce will join Tim McGraw’s 2024 STANDING ROOM ONLY TOUR as direct support. Honored as one of CMT’s 2022 Artists of The Year, the 2021 CMA Female Vocalist of the Year and 2022 ACM Awards Female Artist of the Year, Pearce continues to resonate with her honest lyrics and timeless musicality. About Restless Road

Made up of three different but complementary voices, country band Restless Road is “one of the most intriguing and exciting acts of the year” (Wide Open Country). Praised by People, Taste of Country, Billboard, and more, the trio’s powerhouse harmonies and soul-baring lyrics have accumulated nearly 200 million cumulative career streams and amassed a following of over 4 million on their social media platforms. As NBC’s Today Show host Hoda Kotb put it, “That harmony…you feel it in your soul.”

In 2019, Restless Road (Zach Beeken, Colton Pack and Garrett Nichols) has been honing their craft, nurturing their songwriting skills, and perfecting their signature harmonies.  After signing with Kane Brown’s joint venture with Sony Music Nashville, the band began their journey to success.

The trio released their self-titled debut EP in 2020, as well as a string of singles including “Bar Friends,” “Sundown Somewhere,” and their Sirius XM The Highway #1 hit “Growing Old With You.”  The success of the track and a performance on ABC’s The Bachelor catapulted the trio into a new level of stardom.  With the trios “captivating melody and lyrics” (American Songwriter), the trio has been featured by Billboard, CMT, EXTRA, The Today Show, and more and was recently named as one of Opry’s Next Stage Artists.

With all signs indicating Restless Road as a contender for best new vocal group, its members continue to write, sing, and perform together as they take the next steps down country music’s long and winding road.

Kameron Marlowe And Erin Kirby Give The Fans What They Want! New Version Of “I CAN LIE (THE TRUTH IS)” Out Now

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – When Kameron Marlowe first gave fans a sneak peek of his latest release “I Can Lie (The Truth Is)” last November, one response stood out. Aspiring singer/songwriter Erin Kirby posted a TikTok adding harmonies over Marlowe’s original voice memo, drawing immediate praise (including a “HOLY S***” from Marlowe himself) as fans flooded both artists’ comments begging for an official duet. Today, the pair answer the call with “I Can Lie (The Truth Is)” by Kameron Marlowe featuring Erin Kirby. Listen HERE.

“A while back I teased this song on TikTok and the next day I got an insane amount of notifications about this girl named Erin Kirby. I listened to her video and immediately said we had to throw her on ‘I Can Lie’,” said Marlowe. “This song wouldn’t be true without her, and she was definitely the missing link to making the story of this song come to life. I’m excited for my first duet to be something the fans made happen and I can’t wait to see how Erin’s career takes off from here. She’s the real deal and I’m very proud of this song.”

Marlowe released the solo version of “I Can Lie (The Truth Is)” earlier this month, but listeners were still ravenous to hear Kirby’s distinct vocals round out the track and blend with Marlowe’s mournful wail. Unbeknownst to Kirby, Marlowe was hard at work behind the scenes to make it happen and extended the invite to join him for a duet via TikTok – the platform that originally connected the two. Thinking she was on her way to a meeting, the 19-year-old Georgia native actually ended up in the recording studio, where Marlowe surprised her with the news that she would be recording vocals that day. Watch the moment HERE.

Kirby added “This has been such a thrill getting to be a part of this song! From the response to me covering the song, to then getting surprised by Kameron to sing with him on it, I’m just so excited to be a part of this and can’t wait for y’all to hear it.”

Additionally, Marlowe invited Kirby to join him for their first joint live performance Tuesday (6/27) on the Grand Ole Opry. “I Can Lie (The Truth Is)” earned nearly 1.5 million global streams its first week of release and has been touted as “a heater” by Whiskey Riff as Country Now observed “The singer/songwriter’s baritone vocals are accompanied by the traditional sounds of pedal steel and the fiddle, taking listeners back to that traditional country sound that’s been passed down from generation to generation by the likes of Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings and more.”

It’s the latest offering from Marlowe, who is a member of the CMT Listen Up and Opry NextStage classes of 2023. He released his debut album We Were Cowboys – produced by Dann Huff – in 2022 and will spend the rest of the year touring with Luke Bryan, Dierks Bentley, and Jordan Davis in between his own headline dates, fairs, and festivals including Watershed, Faster Horses, Windy City Smokeout, and more.

Julie Roberts To Release “I Couldn’t Make You Love Me” Available Digitally On May 17

On the heels of her revealing autobiography, Beauty in the Breakdown, Julie Roberts is back with new music. Singing about love, loss, roots, and dogged determination in a voice that’s never sounded bigger, Roberts’ new single, “I Couldn’t Make You Love Me,” produced by the legendary Rudy Perez, will be released May 17 on all digital and streaming platforms.

“It’s a song of strength, but also vulnerability”, explains Roberts. “Like so many of us, I’ve taken life in my two hands and created my own story. But no matter what mountains we climb in life, we can’t make someone love us. Rudy Perez, Mark Portmann, and the great John Bettis captured all of that in this song and I’m forever grateful to them.”

Roberts pours her heart into the empowering lyrics, (I have learned I can stand alone/ When the wind has turned against me/ I still made my way home/ Every bridge I crossed/ And didn’t mind the cost,) delivering a raw and soulful vocal.

Perez, a past recipient of Billboard’s producer of the decade award, has worked with everyone from Christina Aguilera to Beyonce, Luis Fonsi, and the legendary Sam Moore. “I jumped at the opportunity to work with Julie.  There are very few vocalists that have her mix of power, soul, and vulnerability all at the same time.”

The latest song is just the beginning of a new collection of music from the country star. Fans can find out more from Roberts on Thursday, May 16 at 8 p.m. ET/ 7 p.m. CT on Facebook Live.  To sample and pre-save “I Couldn’t Make You Love Me”, click HERE.

Hawaiian Country Artist JoLivi Released Her New Single; Listen To It Here

Hawaiian country artist JoLivi just released her new single, “Better”.  Give it a listen below!

The song is produced by Johnny Garcia (Garth Brooks/Trisha Yearwood’s band leader) and written by JoLivi and Bridgette Tatum (Aldean, Big & Rich).

ABOUT JOLIVI
Born and raised in the Hawaii Islands, JoLivi’s love for country music started at a young age. While some may not correlate country music and the aloha state, the rural landscapes and laid-back lifestyle emulate everything we love about the genre. The ‘endearing’ and ‘vibrant’ vocalist (Taste of Country) caught the music bug as a child and quickly began singing wherever she had a chance. After graduating with a Theatre degree from Colorado State, JoLivi decided it was time to make the move to LA to pursue her music career full time.

While in LA, JoLivi had the opportunity to open for artists including Andy Grammar, Gavin DeGraw, Lindsey Stirling and more alongside the release of four singles garnering more than 850K views on YouTube and 750K combined streams on Spotify. Her vocal chops turned critics heads with Perez Hilton stating she possessed ‘star potential’ and Hot AC radio stations around the US spinning her singles.

Recalling the ‘grittiness of Pink as if mixed with the power of Trisha Yearwood’ (Roughstock), JoLivi is now residing in Nashville and is gearing up to release her forthcoming single, “Better” on April 26th. With industry vet and Garth Brooks/Trisha Yearwood’s band leader Johnny Garcia at the helm, this release is sure to turn heads and re-establish JoLivi’s unique mark on the format. The launch of “Better” follows JoLivi’s debut onto the country scene with “Take A Shot,” followed by “Crooked Crown” and her latest single “Vinyl.” The “Vinyl” music video made its world premiere on CMT and caught the attention of premiere music blog Taste of Country as they named JoLivi one of ‘5 Country Acts to Watch.’

About the Country Music Association
Founded in 1958 and celebrating its 60th Anniversary in 2018, the Country Music Association is the first trade organization formed to promote a type of music. In 1961, CMA created the Country Music Hall of Fame to recognize artists and industry professionals with Country Music’s highest honor. More than 7,400 music industry professionals and companies from around the globe are members of CMA. The organization’s objectives are to serve as an educational and professional resource for the industry and advance the growth of Country Music around the world. This is accomplished through CMA’s core initiatives: the CMA Awards, which annually recognize outstanding achievement in the industry; CMA Fest, which benefits the CMA Foundation and music education and is taped for a three-hour network television special, “CMA Fest”; and “CMA Country Christmas.” All of CMA’s television properties air on the ABC Television Network.
