WHO KNEW, sponsored by MusicRowSearch and the College of Media and Entertainment at Middle Tennessee State University, will present “The Pitch: An Evening With Music Supervisors” on Tuesday, November 15, at City Winery. The event will mirror last year’s hugely successful Pitch event that featured music supervisors representing television, film, trailers, video games and advertising, listening to live bands perform their material in hopes that a song may be selected for a synch placement right on the spot.

Musicians On Call (MOC) kicked off their four-city Rock The Room Tour last night with a truly special evening that raised over $130K for the organization, the largest amount raised by any event held in Nashville. MOC, a groundbreaking nonprofit organization that brings live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients in healthcare facilities across the country, created their first national expansion to Nashville in 2007 making it the obvious first choice to kick off the tour and the sold-out event at City Winery last night did not disappoint.

The tour will kick off on October 21st in Nashville with an event that is almost sold out at City Winery, which will feature performances and appearances by Martina McBride, Kelly Clarkson and the recently added performer Kelsea Ballerini, breakout Black River Entertainment recording artist whose current single “Dibs” is Top 20-and-climbing and GOLD-certified debut “Love Me Like You Mean It” reached No. 1 on the Billboard Country Singles Chart. The event will honor longtime MOC supporter Shane Tarleton, Warner Music Nashville’s Vice President & Creative Director, and will feature a special appearance by Reba.
