About Carly Pearce
Fiercely rooted in the classics, the girl who left her Kentucky home and high school at 16 to take a job at Dollywood has grown into a woman who embraces the genre’s forward progression. GRAMMY® Award-winning singer-songwriter Carly Pearce lit a fire with her debut album Every Little Thing and the PLATINUM-certified history-making title track, and she hasn’t slowed down since. Pearce’s 3x PLATINUM-certified “I Hope You’re Happy Now” with Lee Brice won both the 2020 CMA Awards Musical Event and 2021 ACM Awards Music Event, plus ACM Single of the Year. Pearce, now a Grand Ole Opry and Kentucky Music Hall of Fame member, has come a long way from the pain she felt writing her critically acclaimed and commercially lauded third studio album 29 which includes Country Radio chart toppers “Never Wanted To Be That Girl” with Ashley McBryde and  “What He Didn’t Do.” For the PLATINUM-certified “Never Wanted To Be That Girl,” Pearce picked up her second consecutive ACM Music Event of the Year in 2022 and marked the third duet between two solo women to top Billboard’s Country Airplay chart. The song also took home the 2022 CMA Musical Event of the Year and won a GRAMMY® Award for Best Country Duo/Group Performance, marking Pearce’s first and making history as the first female pairing to win in the category. Earlier this year, Pearce joined Blake Shelton’s BACK TO THE HONKY TONK TOUR and made her 100th performance at the Grand Ole Opry. As she closed out that pivotal 29 chapter with her first live album 29: WRITTEN IN STONE (LIVE FROM MUSIC CITY), Pearce now steps into the next chapter of her musical career with the praised release of her new single “We Don’t Fight Anymore” (featuring Chris Stapleton) in June and August release of “Country Music Made Me Do It.”  Pearce will embark on her 2023 fall headline COUNTRY MUSIC MADE ME DO IT TOUR starting October 5 through November 18. In March 2024, Pearce will join Tim McGraw’s 2024 STANDING ROOM ONLY TOUR as direct support. Honored as one of CMT’s 2022 Artists of The Year, the 2021 CMA Female Vocalist of the Year and 2022 ACM Awards Female Artist of the Year, Pearce continues to resonate with her honest lyrics and timeless musicality. Carly Pearce Crushes CMA Fest

NASHVILLE, TN / PITTSBURGH, PA (June 16, 2022) – It was like something from The Beatles’ “A Hard Day’s Night.” Locked in for all dates on Kenny Chesney’s wildly successful HERE AND NOW 2022 Tour, for record-breaking stadium shows and amphitheaters, the ACM and CMA Awards Female Artist/Vocalist of the Year’s commitment to the fans saw Pearce roll straight offstage from their nightly “You & Tequila” duet at Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls, OH to Nashville for a non-stop CMA Fest experience!

Appearing on the CMA Close Up Stage for a brief performance and interview with revered journalist Marissa Moss, she then hit the Big Machine Store & Distillery for a fan Q&A before jetting over to SiriusXM’s Happy Hour at Margaritaville. Next up, the impossibly chic Noelle hosted Carly’s Closet pop-up store to benefit the Music Health Alliance. With items from Opry appearances, her “Next Girl” music video, and even the pink shoes Pearce wore when she won her very first ACM Award, she humbly greeted fans as they purchased accessories, dresses and other articles worn during significant milestones. Several bursting into tears as they shared their own stories, Pearce hugged and posed for pictures during the special afternoon. With TalkShopLive providing an online opportunity for fans not in Nashville, Pearce raised $10,356 dollars for the Music Health Alliance, which fills in gaps and solves healthcare-related issues for the people who make music happen.

“I wanted to keep the prices to where people could buy the things and not be afraid to wear them,” Pearce said. “But I also wanted those shoes, clothes and things that were part of my journey to create something more. Music Health Alliance has changed the fate of so many people onstage and behind the scenes, who better to give back to?”

“Carly Pearce has been one of classic country music’s strongest allies, from the Opry to the Hall of Fame,” says Music Health Alliance Founder & CEO TATUM ALLSEP. “But her commitment to the people who make the music, their health and ability to care for their loved ones makes us even prouder to call her our ally, because it’s artists like Carly who make Music Health Alliance strong.”

As celebrations and memories piled on throughout the day, the biggest moment for the recent Grand Ole Opry inductee and Kentucky Music Hall of Fame electee was to come with her own fan experience at Nissan Stadium. For a girl who left home at 16 to pursue her Country music dream, Pearce was elated to invite fellow Kentuckian Wynonna to the stage for an unannounced performance of “Why Not Me?” Clad in a pink mini dress, Pearce told the sold-out crowd how much the iconic vocalist meant to hear – and then Judd emerged from the wings for a performance picked up around the world.

“Wynonna freaking Judd!” Pearce marveled. “If you’d told my little 12-, 13-year old self that one day I’d stand onstage with one of the sheroes of my childhood and sing one of The Judds songs with her, I’d’ve fallen over. I mean, not only is she one of the greatest singers who ever lived, but those songs!”

Judd signaled her approval with a social media post that read: “I love @carlypearce and Carly loves me. The end. #carryingthetorch #proud

Pearce finished and boarded her tour bus, racing to make her load-in for at Pittsburgh’s Heinz Field.

Having performed “What He Didn’t Do” during the set, telling the 53,000+ fans her song was going to radio on Monday, her latest slice of truth ended up being the week’s #1 Most Added song at stations nationwide. With her third No. 1 “Never Wanted To Be That Girl,” recently topping the charts, Country radio’s response after such a whirlwind weekend moved her.

“There’s real hope in seeing the things you deserve,” Pearce said. “We all need these reminders. It’s why I wanted this to be the last single from 29: Written in Stone. But for country radio to embrace it this way, I am so grateful for their support – and recognizing what this emotion means to people listening.”

The Listening Room, The Big 98 And 103-3 Country Present: Jameson Rodgerd & Friends Slated For April 23

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Columbia Nashville/River House Artists breakout singer-songwriter Jameson Rodgers will host two special performances benefitting the Music Venue Alliance-Nashville on April 23 at The Listening Room in Nashville. Local radio stations THE BIG 98 and 103-3 Country will present performances at 6:00 p.m. CT and 8:30 p.m. CT, respectively. Guests include Carly Pearce, Jimmie Allen, Jordan Davis, and Tenille Townes.

“This last year has been extremely difficult for all kinds of businesses and individuals, but independent music venues have possibly suffered the most,” said Rodgers. “I played one of the last shows at Kanza Hall in Kansas City in February 2020 before it permanently closed due to the pandemic. Douglas Corner, where I played for the first time ever in Nashville, also closed last year. When I heard Exit/In may be going up for sale I knew I had to do something to help struggling independent music venues in Nashville. We came across MVAN and knew that was the perfect partner to get funds into venues’ hands. I’ve spent years touring in clubs and I wouldn’t be where I am today without them. We can’t let all these venues close and suffer. I’m really grateful to The Listening Room, THE BIG 98 and 103-3 Country for presenting, hosting and donating the proceeds from this show. A big shout out to my fellow artist friends for donating their time to raise funds for these clubs that are important to each of us.”

Tickets are available now at ListeningRoomCafe.com for both shows (Pearce will appear at 6:00 p.m. performance only). One hundred percent of ticket proceeds will benefit Music Venue Alliance-Nashville, a coalition working to ensure no Nashville independent music venue closes its doors permanently due to COVID-19.

“We are excited to join forces with THE BIG 98, 103-3 Country and these artists to raise money for such a worthy cause,” said Chris Blair, owner and operator of The Listening Room, which is a member of MVAN. “Nashville’s independent music venues are a crucial piece of the city’s history and music landscape. MVAN needs the community’s support to keep local venues and independent music alive in Nashville.”

The announcement comes on the heels of Rodgers’ recent AIMP-Nashville nomination for Rising Artist-Writer of the Year, where his Gold-certified, No. 1 debut single “Some Girls” is also nominated for Song of the Year. “Some Girls” was the first of only two solo male debut singles to reach the top of the charts in 2020.

Meanwhile, his latest Top 40 single, “Cold Beer Calling My Name” featuring Luke Combs, continues its rise at country radio and has notched more than 27 million on-demand streams. The “feel good party song” (Billboard) has been celebrated as “just what you need to crack open a good time” (Sounds Like Nashville) and “blue-collar magic” (NY Country Swag). Country Now praised the single as one of the 11 Best Country Songs of Summer 2020, and Rolling Stone echoed “it’s the escapist chaser that many of us can use these days.”

Rodgers ended the year in the Top 5 of Billboard’s Top New Country Artist chart and has been tapped as an artist to watch in 2021 by The Boot, MusicRow, and more.

About Jameson Rodgers: Columbia Nashville/River House Artists singer and songwriter Jameson Rodgers continues to blaze his trail to stardom following his breakout, Gold-certified No. 1 debut hit “Some Girls.” The track helped earn Rodgers a Top 5 spot on Billboard’s 2020 Top New Country Artist chart, the 2020 MusicRow Discovery Artist of the Year Award and a spot in the outlet’s Next Big Thing Class of 2021. Rodgers’ new single “Cold Beer Calling My Name” features label mate Luke Combs and has been celebrated as one of the 11 Best Country Songs of Summer 2020 (Country Now) and praised by Rolling Stone as “the escapist chaser that many of us can use these days.” Initially making his mark on Music City as a behind-the-scenes songwriter, Rodgers has co-penned Platinum-selling hits for Florida Georgia Line (Top 10 single “Talk You Out of It”) and Chris Lane (No. 1 smash “I Don’t Know About You”), along with “Camouflage Hat” on Jason Aldean’s most recent album 9 and the title track of Luke Bryan’s latest release Born Here Live Here Die Here. Rodgers spent 2019 supporting Combs on the sold-out BEER NEVER BROKE MY HEART TOUR, playing more than 60 arenas and amphitheaters, and is currently working on his debut full-length album with producers Mickey Jack Cones, Chris Farren, and Jake Mitchell.

Pandora Live Returns To Nashville Old Dominion, Carly Pearce And Ryan Griffin To Perform Exclusive Concert On November 25 At Marathon Music Works

NEW YORK, NY – October 30, 2019 – Pandora and SiriusXM announced today that two-time ACM Award Group of the Year winners, Old Dominion will perform in Nashville as part of the “Pandora Live” concert series.  CMA Awards New Artist of the Year nominee Carly Pearce and Ryan Griffin are confirmed to open the show that will take place at Nashville’s Marathon Music Works on November 25.  Pandora listeners who are 21 and over can RSVP for the free event HERE.

The special “Pandora Live” performance will be co-hosted by Pandora’s Head of Country Music, Beville Dunkerley and SiriusXM host Storme Warren. Fans unable to attend the show can still share in the excitement during SiriusXM’s live broadcast of Old Dominion’s set on The Highway (ch. 56).

Acclaimed CMA Group of the Year, Old Dominion has emerged as one of the hottest breaking bands out of Nashville, fusing clever lyrics and an infectious sound. Their lyrical wit and hook heavy songwriting certainly prove to be a thriving method.  Since their start in 2014 when they were named a SiriusXM Highway Find, they’ve notched seven #1 singles at country radio and earn close to 5 million spins a week on Pandora.  Their current single “One Man Band” has landed on the Pandora Top Spins Chart for thirteen consecutive weeks. The band is again nominated for Vocal Group of the Year at the upcoming 2019 CMA Awards and their self-titled third album was just released on October 25.

Spearheading a trio of chart-toppers on SiriusXM (where she was named a Highway Find in 2016), “Every Little Thing” designated Carly as the highest charting solo female debut since July 2015 and incorporated her into an elite group of only three women to accomplish this feat in the last decade.  The track landed on the Pandora Top Spin Chart for 16 consecutive weeks and won the CMT Music Award for Breakthrough Video of the Year. Carly recently released a duet with Lee Brice, “I Hope You’re Happy Now,” which she penned with Luke Combs, Jonathan Singleton and Randy Montana. The track offers another preview from her forthcoming sophomore album due in 2020.

A SiriusXM’s Highway Find and one of Rolling Stone’s 10 New Country Artists You Need to Know, Ryan Griffin is poised for his breakout Country moment.  After making his mark as a co-writer on Kelsea Ballerini’s platinum single “Dibs,” Ryan recently released his debut “Right Here Right Now” to critical praise.  The “Pandora Live” stage will feel like home as Ryan recently opened for Old Dominion on tour and is currently on the road with Carly Pearce.

“The trio of Old Dominion, Carly Pearce and Ryan Griffin will be a pure shot of adrenaline to this intimate stage, not to mention hit after hit we all know by heart,” says Beville Dunkerley, Pandora’s Head of Country Music. “This exclusive Pandora Live event will mark Old Dominion’s first Nashville show since the release of their excellent eponymous album, with Carly and Ryan hot on the heels of two of this year’s most exciting new singles, as well.”

Music Row Magazine’s Artist Roster Edition Reveals Carly Pearce Cover

As a breakout female artist in country music, Carly Pearce has not had an easy road. She started making her presence on Music Row back in 2011, collaborating with songwriters and building relationships, scoring an unsuccessful development deal with Sony, while working odd jobs and self funding her first recordings. Carly’s respected work ethic did not go unnoticed.

After releasing her debut single “Every Little Thing”, Sirius XM’s The Highway added it to their playlist, eventually catching the attention of Allison Jones and Scott Borchetta at Big Machine Records. BMLG re-released the song to country radio as a buzz single for her forthcoming 2017 studio album named after the title track, “Every Little Thing”. 2018 has faired well for Pearce, being nominated as the ACM New Female Vocalist of the Year, CMT Female Video of the Year and winning the CMT Breakthrough Video of the Year.

Music Row Magazine found it fitting to have Pearce as the cover of their new Aug/Sept Artist Roster edition. Sherod Robertson, publisher and owner of MRM, spoke about how he has been a supporter and a believer in Pearce since her humble beginnings.

If there is one thing Pearce exemplifies, it is an extremely grateful attitude. As her star continues to rise, Carly Pearce is a pure representation for women in country music.

Album Review: Carly Pearce | ‘Every Little Thing’

For several years now, I have heard about Carly Pearce on the music scene; well before she was signed to Big Machine.  I always seemed to just miss her performance.

Finally, at this past year’s CRS (Country Radio Seminar), I got to see her perform live for the first time at the Big Machine luncheon showcase and she did not disappoint.

Pearce is releasing her debut album on Big Machine entitled, ‘Every Little Thing’, on October 13th.  It is produced by busbee.  Just to sum it up, I think it is aptly named because there really IS something to love about every little thing on this album.

“Every Little Thing” is also the title of the first single off this album.  If this beautiful ballad does not hit #1, I’ll be incredibly disappointed.  It has all the makings of a great hit and such an emotional song that many can relate to when they lose a loved one.

Carly Pearce’s voice is powerful.  She sings with conviction, great control, and emotion that is incredibly moving.  I can’t say enough good things about her vocals.

There is something for every country music lover on this album.   The songwriting is strong and deep throughout the album.  Thankfully, no mention of beer, pick-up trucks or dirt roads.   “Honeysuckle” is exuberant and playful midtempo.  “Dare Ya”, “Catch Fire”, and “Everybody Gonna Talk” are sassy mid to uptempo tunes.  “If My Name Was Whiskey” is poignant and moving ballad.  It is probably my very favorite off the album.

Honestly, I can go straight down the tracklisting and tell you something I enjoy about each song.  There is no song that I want to skip over and it is on repeat right now.  It is such a strong album in whole and I feel would appeal to any country music fan whether you like the contemporary country sound or more traditional roots.  Pearce tends to lean a little more traditional very reminiscent of early works by Sara Evans with just the right blend of contemporary to appeal to a broad audience.

In short, I think Carly Pearce has the potential to become one of the great, standout female A-list vocalists that you’ll be hearing about for many years to come in country music along the lines of greats like Sara Evans, Faith Hill, Shania Twain, Reba, and Carrie Underwood just to mention a few who have all stood the test of time.  She is certainly one to watch and I strongly recommend buying this album when released.  It is one of the best I have had the pleasure to listen to this year.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars.
