Lavendine celebrates the holiday season with their single, Love for Christmas. This seasonal song was penned and produced by the duo that consists of twin sisters, Jacy and Jana Ayers, and showcases their warm vocals and intertwined harmonies. The single, mixed by Ed Seay (Blake Shelton, Alabama), is available on all digital platforms.

“We wrote this song one night with our great friend who plays keyboard, Todd Baker, and our mother, Vicki. It holds a special place in our heart because it’s the only song we’ve ever written with our mother. It reminds us of our childhood Christmas’s and the special moments we’ve shared with those we love. We hope this song reminds others that the greatest gift we can give during the holidays is love.”- Jacy & Jana, Lavendine

Lavendine’s music exudes deep, heartfelt lyrics, with smooth melodies. Their sound is unique and remembered by their hopeful words and strong messages. Love For Christmas is no exception. The picture their lyrics paint guides the listener through a winter wonderland of love and emotion.

About Jacy and Jana Ayers:

The twin sisters were raised primarily in Oklahoma and began singing together around the age of four.  After spending two years in college they made their way to Music City. Complete strangers in town, they struggled to make their mark and eventually traveled back to Oklahoma to regroup. There, they met and married two men who happened to be brothers. They also ran a day spa and hosted their own radio show (a weekly reach of over 250k listeners). But their hopeful path diverted once again due to a minefield of life threatening health issues.

Regardless of the dark clouds in their lives, the two always had hope and strength in the things they wanted for their careers. Once back in Nashville, the duo was blessed to begin working with Danny Duncan (Bruce Springsteen, Usher, Amy Grant) who recorded and engineered the tracks and was the first person to ever truly understand and support them as the artists they knew they were. It was working with Danny that re-sparked that confidence they had as little girls. The sisters have recently gone back in the studio with producers J. Gary and John Smith (Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings & Andy Griggs) to work on a new project set to release in 2016.
