MUSE’S “DEAD INSIDE” #1 FOR SECOND CONSECUTIVE WEEK

Dead Inside” the first single from Muse’s forthcoming seventh studio album – Drones – holds its reign on the top of the Mediabase and Billboard Modern Rock Charts this week.  “Dead Inside” is the trio’s fourth #1 song.  Muse holds the record for number of weeks at #1 with their song “Madness” which set the record back in 2012.  Warner Bros. Records will release Drones on June 9th.

 

Drones is co-produced by Muse and Robert John “Mutt” Lange and contains 12 tracks. Those who pre-order the album via digital retailers or the band’s website Muse.MU will receive an instant download of “Dead Inside”, “Psycho”, and “Mercy”. In the last two weeks Muse performed two SOLD OUT shows in New York City, including a show for SiriusXM winners at Webster Hall and one at the iHeart Radio Theatre in Lower Manhattan. The Grammy Award winning trio also performed at two SOLD OUT shows in Southern California, including a performance and interview filmed for the upcoming concert special – Guitar Center and DIRECTV Present Muse Live From the Mayan – which will air exclusively on DIRECTV’s Audience Network (channel 239) on July 10th.  The band was also part of the annual KROQ Weenie Roast at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in Irvine.
