NRA COUNTRY AND COUNTRY MUSIC TAKE CENTER STAGE IN NASHVILLE

imageNRA Country and country music will be front-and-center on the streets of downtown Nashville next week, with free outdoor concerts set for Thursday, April 9 through Sunday, April 12.  The entertainment will rock in two locations, starting up on Thursday with artists on the NRA Country Sound Stage (at 5th and Demonbreun).   Headliners on that stage include singer/songwriter Josh Thompson (Thursday, 4/9) country starlet Cheryl LuQuire (Friday, 4/10), and American Idol alum Bucky Covington (Saturday, 4/11).  “Redneck Crazy” singer Tyler Farr will be at the NRA Country booth on Sunday, 4/12 at 1:00PM.  Fans can meet Tyler and pre-order his new album Suffer In Peace featuring the smash hit “A Guy Walks Into A Bar” which releases April 28.  Fans can also enter to win a free trip to see Tyler Farr by joining the free NRA Country fan club.  Visit the NRA Country booth or NRACountry.com for more information!  The NRA Country Sound Stage is part of NRA Freedom Festival, presented by Beretta. On Friday, April 10, Grammy, ACM, CMA and Emmy winning country legend HANK WILLIAMS JR., groundbreaking country star COLT FORD, and critically acclaimed singer/songwriter SUNNY SWEENEY will light up lower Broadway in Nashville, for the 5TH ANNUAL NRA COUNTRY JAM, presented by Bushnell with Folds of Honor. The concerts, including a sold out NRA Presents Alan Jackson’s 25thAnniversary KEEPIN’ IT COUNTRY TOUR with special guests Jeff Foxworthy and Jon Pardi on April 11, add to an exciting week in downtown Nashville, as the shows take place during the 144th NRA Annual Meetings and Exhibits presented by MidwayUSA. The event, which regularly draws more than 70,000 attendees, is set at the Music City Center for 2015 and includes acres of the latest products in firearms, accessories, apparel; addresses by national leaders; and a variety of family friendly events all across the city.
