The new mid tempo song entitled “Lay It Down” by country singer JT Hodges is catchy and easily should be a hit at radio this summer. It’s the type of song that grabs you immediately and you’ll probably be hitting repeat a few times. (I’ve already hit repeat 3 times now!)
I think it’s perfect timing for a fun summer jam about love. It’s the perfect mix of country with touches of classic rock. Just has a really nice groove to it with fun lyrics like “you’re my rock and I’m your roll” throughout.
