Submit to Perform at Musicians Corner!

Artists can submit to perform on the Lightning 100 Acoustic Stage during the spring season

Musicians Corner is a nonprofit program that hosts Nashville’s weekly lawn parties in Centennial Park. Musicians Corner’s free community events are free and open to all, where residents and visitors gather to enjoy multi-genre live music, local food vendors, Kidsville activities, Dog of the Day, and a Beer Garden in a beautiful park setting. Musicians Corner events take place every Saturday in May, June, September, and October.

ARTISTS: Submit to perform at Musicians Corner HERE!

We’re currently seeking artists to perform an acoustic set on the Lightning 100 Acoustic Stage at one of nine events during the Spring 2013 season which takes place Saturday afternoons on May 4, 11, 18, 25, and June 1, 8, 15, 22, 29. All entrants will be reviewed by a committee of industry professionals, and a minimum of 9 artists will be selected from American Songspace submissions. One selected performer each week will be featured on americansonwriter.com in the Daily Discovery series. Performers will have the opportunity to be included on a “Live From Musicians Corner” NoiseTrade compilation album. There will be a separate submission process during the Summer for the Fall 2013 Season.

Each artist will enter through the above submission platform along with the submission fee of $5, which goes to support Musicians Corner’s free music events in Centennial Park.

Please submit:
– 2 recorded songs (mp3 files only)
– A link to your website and/or facebook page
– Input list/stage plot for your live performance
– Artist bio plus some select information needed for the booking process

Artists may have accompaniment for their performance, and bands will also be considered.
