Country music legends and American music icons The Oak Ridge Boys have just recorded an all-new gospel recording, which will be available everywhere on May 26th. Rock of Ages, Hymns and Gospel Favorites (Gaither Music Group), a 15-song project produced by Ben Isaacs (Gaither Vocal Band, The Isaacs) and group member Duane Allen, showcases the group’s award-winning, four-part harmonies and celebrates their musical roots.
The Oak Ridge Boys’ iconic hit, “Elvira” is taking to the airwaves on CBS’ award-winning Mike & Molly show. It’s scheduled for Monday, August 25th at 9:00 pm (Eastern). The plot for the “Mike’s Manifold Destiny” episode has an unforgettable “Elvira” twist where Mike learns a lesson after his car breaks down and he’s forced to decide whether or not to accept a loan from Carl to fix it. The Oak Ridge Boys have just been added to the superstar lineup of artists performing aboard the 2015 Country Music Cruise (http://www.countrymusiccruise.com), which will also feature performances by Martina McBride, Charley Pride, Larry Gatlin & The Gatlin Brothers, Lorrie Morgan, John Anderson, Aaron Tippin, Darryl Worley, Asleep at The Wheel, Restless Heart, Johnny Lee, Wade Hayes, Bryan White, The Roys, Brett Kissel, comedian John Reep and Chuck Mead & His Grassy Knoll Boys. Beloved television personality Lorianne Crook, of the long-running talk show Crook & Chase, will return as the official host of the annual seven day voyage aboard the luxurious Holland America ms Eurodam, which travels throughout the Caribbean from January 18-25 with stops in the picturesque ports of Nassau, St. Thomas, St. Croix and the private island Half Moon Cay.
