Due to increasingly high demand, the studio version of the personal and vulnerable single is available everywhere today, impacting country radio immediately (LISTEN HERE).

“I recorded this vocal on the same day we wrote the song,” said Evans. “It was a difficult time in my life and writing this helped me process a lot of what I was going through. I’d like to thank everyone that has reached out the last few weeks, both those with messages of support and those sharing their own stories.”

Fans couldn’t get enough of the emotional track, written by Evans, Madison Love, Geoff Warburton and One Love. Uploads of the live performance had received hundreds of thousands of views on social media within the first few days following, prompting “Over For You – Live in Melbourne” to be recorded and released to DSPs last week (LISTEN HERE). The media jumped on the live performance including Us Weekly, E!, The Bobby Bones Show and more, with Billboard proclaiming, “many of the best songs come from heartbreak, and this is absolutely one of Evans’ best releases to date.” People observed that Evans appeared to be “channeling his heartbreak into song,” with Taste of Country noting “fans [were] voicing their empathy from the crowd.” CMT said Evans “places his heart on the line” in the raw ballad, stating it is “destined to tug at heartstrings worldwide.”

Of reuniting in the studio with Cobb, guitarist Zach Brown shares, “Dave’s been a long-time supporter of the band. He’s always really believed in us and gets our vision, and always has. I mean, we named our band in his studio 10 years ago. It’s amazing this journey we’ve had with him.” Adds fellow guitarist Bill Satcher, “Dave is a brother. It’s great to get in there and make records with your friends. He is like an additional member of the band in that situation.”

The release of “Livin’ My Best Life” adds to a series of breakout years for A Thousand Horses following their acclaimed full-length debut Southernality in 2015. The album’s lead single, “Smoke,” reached #1 on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart, which made them the first group to top the chart with a debut single since Zac Brown Band’s “Chicken Fried” in 2008. Of the band, Rolling Stone praised, “country music’s new Lynyrd Skynyrd…a muscular mix of radio country and Southern rock,” while CMT declared, “stellar…the quartet is learning from the best, making records they believe in, being true to themselves, their artistry and making it happen.” Most recently, the band released 2017’s deluxe EP, Bridges, of which Sounds Like Nashville hailed, “showcases what A Thousand Horses do best with a mixture of heavy Southern rock influences and nostalgic country storytelling that will have listeners begging for more.”

Based in Nashville, TN, A Thousand Horses is Michael Hobby (vocals), Bill Satcher (guitar), Zach Brown (guitar) and Graham DeLoach (bass). Since their debut, the band has toured extensively across the world including dates supporting artists such as Jason Aldean, Darius Rucker, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Gregg Allman and more. 2020 tour details to be announced soon.

Elijah Woods x Jamie Fine Are “Better Off” With New Single, Out Today

Courtesy of Big Machine Records

PLATINUM-certified Canadian breakout duo ELIJAH WOODS x JAMIE FINE are thrilled to reveal their second single “Better Off” (Big Machine Records), available now: https://ewxjf.lnk.to/BetterOffPR. The powerful new track comes hot on the heels of their chart-topping debut single “Ain’t Easy,” which has garnered over 16 million streams to date and was certified PLATINUM earlier this summer as it dominated airwaves nationwide. This Sunday (8/26), EWxJF will kick off an epic red carpet street party at the 2018 iHeartRadio Much Music Video Awards with their first exclusive live award show performance of “Ain’t Easy” and will also vie for Best New Canadian Artist.

EWxJF have been hard at work touring and recording new music since being named the season one/week two winners of CTV’s new hit series The Launch.  Last week, the duo performed at the iHeartRadio Music Summit in NYC, delivering a performance filled with integrity and candor that received a roaring standing ovation from the audience.

Comprised of instrumentalist/composer Elijah Woods, “churning out endlessly inventive hooks” (Ottawa Citizen), and lyricist/vocalist Jamie Fine, whose “vocal delivery bores the influence of artists from Alanis to Adele” (Ottawa Citizen), EWxJF is a delicate marriage of exploratory musical styles and masterful emotional play. Purposefully breaching the boundaries of rhythmic Pop music by embracing and balancing their penchant for stylized pop and Hip-Hop culture, EWxJF continuously create waves rather than ride them – striving to remain true to a vision that deviates from the mainstream, bringing full-sized moments and their kinetic energy to the forefront, one genre-defying hit at a time.

Ready to ascend to the next level of super stardom like fellow Canadian global stars Drake, The Weeknd, Shawn Mendes, Jessie Reyez and more – the duo continues to pull away from the pack as one of the most successful breakthrough musical acts of the year, as evidenced by the PLATINUM sales success of “Ain’t Easy”, which debuted at No. 1 on the iTunes All Genres chart and hit No. 1 on the Top 200 most Shazamed songs in Canada. The Top 5 hit at Pop and HOT AC Radio, was co-written and produced by Ryan Tedder (One Republic) and continues to grow in popularity amongst a worldwide audience. The track was recently serviced to radio in the U.S. and is already picking up adds.

FIRST LISTEN: Dierks Bentley’s New Single “Woman, Amen”

Multi-PLATINUM singer/songwriter Dierks Bentley found himself instantly intrigued with the idea of “Woman, Amen” when it was thrown out during a Fall co-write with songwriters Josh Kear and Ross Copperman. The result is a deeply sincere and personal message of love and gratitude made universal and then freed to soar with signature acoustic instrumentation and a full-throated anthemic chorus. Available now at Country Radio and with all digital partners, Bentley will perform the lead track from his next studio album THE MOUNTAIN tomorrow on The Ellen DeGeneres Show (1/18, check local listings).

“My wife and our relationship has been the one constant element in my life over all the ups and downs of my career and personal life,” shared Bentley. “Our journey together has made me the man I am today. I doubt my heart would even recognize the old me. This song addresses that in the most direct possible way. The personal gratitude expressed in the lyrics, mixed with a track that leans heavily on some bigger sounds, is the perfect way to introduce the album.”

Since moving to Nashville, Bentley has brought a distinguishable grit and songwriting prowess to his recordings, and he’s consistently recreated his sound with a fearlessness that has won him both critical acclaim and commercial viability. Billboard gives breadth to his latest evolution with a video glimpse into the epic landscapes of Colorado and the studio atop a Telluride mesa where the song was recorded. To watch and listen to the full track, click here: http://bit.ly/2DoWOcY

Last week, NPR previewed new music from THE MOUNTAIN (Capitol Records Nashville), which will be released in early 2018. “He pursues themes of questing and self-actualization across a wide-open terrain of arid deserts and rugged ridgelines, cactus flowers and tumbleweeds” (NPR) as the writing process came together quickly when Bentley returned to Telluride a short time later for a retreat with fellow Nashville songwriters. Guitars, banjos, mandolins and fiddles are given room to shine, and integrated into modern drum and bass sounds that will fuel the arenas and amphitheaters on the road. He has become a fixture in country music amassing 17 No. One singles, dozens of nominations including those from the ACM, CMA, GRAMMY and Billboard Music Awards while serving as a Grand Ole Opry member for over a decade. Thomas Rhett Brings “Marry Me” To Country Radio

Photo courtesy of Valory Music Co.

Current American Music Awards nominee THOMAS RHETT’S newest single “Marry Me” ships to Country radio today, following a hot streak as “Craving You” and “Unforgettable” – the first two singles from his Billboard 200 chart-topper LIFE CHANGES (The Valory Music Co.) – soared to No. 1, each faster than the one before and with RIAA GOLD certification. Known for his “detailed style of songwriting” (Rolling Stone), Thomas Rhett often draws from personal experience when it comes to penning a new song, but for “Marry Me,” he flips the tables alongside hit co-writers Jesse Frasure, Ashley Gorley and Shane McAnally, presenting a non-autobiographical “heartbreaking twist” (Associated Press) to the track.

“‘Marry Me’ is one of my favorite tracks on the record,” said Thomas Rhett. “It’s my big ‘what if’ song. I wrote it from the perspective of if I had never told my wife how I felt about her all those years ago. I probably would have been sitting at her wedding watching her marry someone else. Heartbreaking thought and thankfully I DID tell her how I felt- but it makes for a great song concept that so many people can relate to.”

Thomas Rhett is set to perform LIVE from AT&T Stadium during the nationally televised halftime of the Dallas Cowboys game (3:30P CT/CBS) against the Los Angeles Chargers on Thanksgiving Day, kicking off The Salvation Army’s annual Red Kettle Campaign. Donations to the campaign help provide shelter and meals for the homeless and hungry as well as Christmas toys for millions of children, in addition to numerous other social service programs The Salvation Army provides year-round.

In September, Thomas Rhett released his third album LIFE CHANGES, the biggest, boldest-sounding record of his career, filled with a diverse batch of songs united by the “consistency of their craft” (Variety) as he stretches his sound to new limits. Highlighting his “detailed style of songwriting” (Rolling Stone), the new release debuted at No. 1 on the all-genre Billboard 200 chart, marking the first Country release to take the top spot in 2017. This week, he wrapped an electric run in the UK which included capacity venues in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow and Belfast, marking 31 total sell outs on his in-demand debut headlining HOME TEAM TOUR this year. Thomas Rhett recently announced he’ll roll the momentum in to next year on his LIFE CHANGES TOUR 2018, set to kick off in April. Grammy-Nominated Country Sensation Cam Releases Much-Anticipated New “Single,” Diane, Today!

Available for Download and Streaming, “Diane” Was Written and Produced by the Team Behind Cam’s Platinum-Selling #1 Smash, “Burning House”, The Most-Downloaded Song by a Female Country Artist Released Since 2015.

Acclaimed, multi-award-nominated songstress Cam is sure to delight fans anxious for new music as she previews her 2018 Arista Nashville/RCA Records sophomore album with the release of “Diane,” the forthcoming collection’s debut single, available now HERE.

Inspired by the storyline of Dolly Parton’s classic “Jolene,” the driving, tempo-rich track delivers a sonically refreshing tale of love and regret and commiseration.  The song was co-written by Cam, Jeff Bhasker, and Tyler Johnson, the team behind the most-downloaded song by a female country artist released since 2015—Cam’s Platinum-certified #1 smash, “Burning House”—which propelled Cam to her first GRAMMY®, ACM, CMA, CMT, and American Music Awards nominations.

About the song, Cam shares, “‘Diane’ is my response to Dolly Parton’s ‘Jolene.’  It’s the apology so many spouses deserve, but never get.  The other woman is coming forward to break the news to the wife about an affair, respecting her enough to have that hard conversation, once she realized he was married.  Because everyone should be able to decide their own path in life, based on the truth.  Women especially should do this for each other, since our self-worth can still be so wrapped up in our partners.  And in true country fashion, I’ve set the whole raw story to upbeat music, so you can dance while you process it all.”

A GRAMMY winner as Producer of the Year, Jeff Bhasker (Harry Styles, Ed Sheeran, Bruno Mars) and multiple-GRAMMY nominee Tyler Johnson (Harry Styles, Sam Smith, Ed Sheeran) produced “Diane,” in addition to co-writing the song with Cam.  Bhasker and Johnson also produced Cam’s widely acclaimed 2015 major-label debut, Untamed.

As part of the excitement surrounding the single release, Cam will perform “Diane” and other songs as part of a 30-minute Facebook Livestream event at 11 AM, CT, on October 31, with the performance originating from an intimate music space in Sony Music Nashville’s office in the Gulch area of downtown Nashville, near Music Row.  Stream Cam’s performance HERE.

Among other appearances in support of “Diane,” California-native Cam is looking ahead to the launch of her Best Coast Tour, headlining nine West Coast dates beginning November 28.  Having recently opened selected shows on Tim McGraw & Faith Hill’s blockbuster Soul2Soul Tour and for international star Harry Styles at his sold out Ryman Auditorium show in Nashville, Cam is also set to wrap her opening slot on George Strait’s 2017 residency tour at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, with shows December 8 and 9.  For complete tour dates, please visit www.camcountry.com.

Along with working on her upcoming album, Cam’s busy 2017 included co-writing the song “Palace” with Sam Smith and Tyler Johnson on Sam Smith’s forthcoming album, The Thrill of It All, releasing November 3.  She also contributed background vocals and electric guitar to the track.

About Cam
California-born singer/songwriter Cam emerged as one of the true breakthrough artists of the past two years, achieving her first Platinum record and first #1 country single with “Burning House,” which earned her a GRAMMY® Award nomination for Best Country Solo Performance. In fact, she was the only female country act to release a song in 2015 and amass a million downloads by the end of the year.  The success also sparked Cam to six nominations for the 2016 Academy of Country Music Awards (most-nominated female), two nods for the American Country Countdown Awards and three nominations for the CMT Music Awards (tied for most-nominated artist), two nominations for the 50th Annual CMA Awards, and one for the 2016 American Music Awards. Her Untamed album on Arista Nashville/RCA Records, which released December 11, 2015, debuted at #2 on Billboard ’s Top Country Albums chart with the year’s best first-week album sales by a debut country artist.  Untamed was met with widespread critical acclaim from The New York Times, Entertainment Weekly, PEOPLE, Associated Press, and many others. Cam, who co-wrote each of her 11 debut album tracks, has appeared on national TV programs including Good Morning America, Today, CBS This Morning, The Voice, The Tonight Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, The Talk, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, LIVE with Kelly, The Grammys, ACM Awards, and The 10th ACM Honors CBS special (with Alicia Keys). In addition to completing her first headline concert series, 2016’s The Burning House Tour , this rising country star opened two major 2016 tours: Brad Paisley’s Crushin’ It Tour and Dierks Bentley’s Somewhere on a Beach Tour. The Apple Music Festival 2015 in London, Stagecoach, SXSW, ACM Lifting Lives Party for a Cause, CMA Music Festival, the Grand Ole Opry, and the C2C Festival in the UK and Ireland are among the many events in which Cam has participated over the past two years.
