Natalie Stovall & The Drive have released their Kickstarter campaign yesterday to help fund the release of their new EP “Heartbreak”. The band has been hard at work to get new music out quite some time now, but when their label suddenly shut down, they were driven to start over – writing and recording, and it is now in the home stretch of being complete. Natalie Stovall and the Drive exclusively debut the new music video for their song “Mason Jar” today on CMT, CMT Pure,CMT.com and the CMT Artists app. The video, directed by Brandon Faris for Leap Frame, was shot at a warehouse in downtown Nashville and features Natalie and her electrifying band The Drive, performing before a live audience. Ole Smoky® Moonshine makes it’s music video debut, pouring freely, as the audience and band swing from ropes into a large pile of cardboard boxes, while Natalie partakes in her first stage dive. Surrounded by family, friends, and longtime fans, Natalie Stovall and The Drive made their Grand Ole Opry debut on Tuesday, May 6th. The dream come true for the band has the rare distinction of making a debut both as a solo artist and a band as Natalie graced the stage for the first time in the Spring of 1995 at the age of 12.
The critically acclaimed band’s debut album, produced by GRAMMY winner Paul Worley (The Band Perry, Dixie Chicks, Lady Antebellum), is expected this fall on HitShop Records. The lead track, “Baby Come On With It,” is currently climbing the charts and is available now at iTunes. The official music video for the track is available HERE.
ABOUT NATALIE STOVALL AND THE DRIVE: Natalie Stovall and The Drive are relentless road warriors, amassing over 200 dates each year across college campuses, clubs, and military bases around the globe. Natalie Stovall and The Drive are set to make their national live TV performance debut when they visit “Imus in the Morning” on Fox Business on Tuesday, April 15th. The band will wake things up and perform five songs including their supercharged lead single, “Baby Come On With It,” during the 6:00-9:00am ET block.
