About Chris Stapleton:

Kentucky-born Chris Stapleton is a multiple Grammy, CMA and ACM Award-winner and one of the country’s most respected and beloved musicians. This past fall, Stapleton released his critically acclaimed new album, Starting Over—a record that examines life’s simplest joys and most serious struggles. Once again recorded at Nashville’s legendary RCA Studio A with Grammy Award-winning producer Dave Cobb, Starting Over won Album of the Year at the 56th ACM Awards and landed on several “Best of 2020” lists including NPR Music, Rolling Stone, Billboard, Esquire, Vulture, The Tennessean and The New York Times, who praises, “lands precisely where country meets Southern soul: with grit, details, clarity and ache.” Moreover, The Associated Press declares, “a sure-footed masterpiece…one of the year’s finest albums” and GQ proclaims, “mixes beautifully stark songwriting with blues, country, and rock melodies, allowing Stapleton’s sturdy, propulsive vocals to carry the show.” His fourth studio album, Starting Over follows Stapleton’s quadruple platinum breakthrough solo debut, Traveller, as well as his two #1 albums from 2017: From A Room: Volume 1 (certified platinum) and From A Room: Volume 2 (certified gold). Adding to an already triumphant year, Stapleton will return to the stage this summer with his extensive “All-American Road Show” tour including stops at New York’s Madison Square Garden, Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, Washington State’s Gorge Amphitheatre and University of Kentucky’s Kroger Field among several others.

About Brooks & Dunn:

With 23 career chart-toppers and 30 million albums sold, Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn, of the country duo Brooks & Dunn, are the best-selling duo in country music history. They have amassed more than 80 industry awards, including two Grammy® Awards, 20 Country Music Association trophies and 27 Academy of Country Music honors, making them the most-awarded act in ACM history. They have been named Entertainer of the Year four times collectively by the ACM and CMA. Since their debut in 1991, Brooks & Dunn have remained among country music’s most popular touring acts, a testament both to their showmanship and to their status as one of the true bedrock artists of country music. In June 2015, Kix and Ronnie teamed up with Reba McEntire for a Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace. Since its opening, “REBA, BROOKS & DUNN: TOGETHER IN VEGAS” has played over 80 shows to 300,000 fans making it the longest running country music residency in Las Vegas. In 2019 Brooks & Dunn were inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame.

About Old Dominion:

Old Dominion has emerged as one of the hottest breaking bands out of Nashville, fusing clever lyrics and an infectious sound. Their lyrical wit and hook heavy songwriting has certainly proved a winning method: since breaking onto the music scene in 2014, the band has notched eight No. 1 singles at country radio, surpassed one billion on-demand streams, earned several Platinum and Gold single certifications and headlined arenas and amphitheaters around the globe.

Old Dominion are currently the reigning CMA and ACM “Group of the Year.” Most recently, the band earned their 4th consecutive “Group of the Year” win at the 56th Annual ACM Awards. At the 2020 CMT Awards, the band took home their first win for “Group Video of The Year”. The group also notched two nominations for the 2020 CMAs including “Vocal Group” and “Album of the Year” for their self-titled 2019 studio album, nominations for “Top Country Duo/Group” and “Top Country Song” for the 2020 Billboard Music Awards, as well as a “Favorite Duo/Group – Country” nod for the 2020 American Music Awards.

In 2020, the band received their first two GRAMMY nominations for “Best Country Duo/Group Performance” and “Best Country Song,” for their hit single “Some People Do” which is featured on their self-titled third studio album.

Over the course of their career, the band has also been notably named ACM “New Group of the Year,” ACCA “Breakthrough Group of the Year,” AIMP “Songwriter Artist of the Year” and Music Row “Breakthrough Artist of the Year” and in 2017, front man Matthew Ramsey was ASCAP’s “Artist of the Year.” The band has also received nominations for CMT Awards, American Music Awards, Billboard Awards, and iHeart Radio Awards.

In May of 2021, Old Dominion released their newest single “I Was On a Boat That Day.” Of the new track, front man Matthew Ramsey said, “When you listen to ‘I Was On a Boat That Day’ you are hearing us in the full joy of making music together. From the moment I counted the band off we were smiling from beginning to end. The tequila was flowing, the laughter was loud, and we knew in that moment we were creating something that would bring people as much joy as it was bringing us.”

Old Dominion consists of lead singer Matthew Ramsey, lead guitarist Brad Tursi, multi-instrumentalist Trevor Rosen, bassist Geoff Sprung and drummer Whit Sellers.

Their melodic and stunning self-titled third LP was released on October 25, 2019.

Corbin’s fans have been loud and eager for new music. The avid outdoorsman has been holed up, hard at work in the studio working on new music. The first single, “Somebody’s Gotta Be Country,” is already garnering attention and is proving to be another hit and he has more where that came from.

LANCO Releases 2 New Songs Today

LANCO Dives Into Next Chapter with New Single
“What I See” Impacting Country Radio

“What I See” and “Old Camaro” Now Available at All Digital Retailers

NASHVILLE, TN – Oct. 11, 2019 –  Double-PLATINUM Country band and Arista Nashville hit-makers LANCO deliver two new songs today with the release of “What I See” and “Old Camaro.” The irresistibly nostalgic tracks reveal another layer of LANCO, as they fuse together a modern twist on sentimental and nostalgic hometown memories combined with a fresh mix of organic sounds. Written by frontman Brandon Lancaster, drummer Tripp Howell, bassist Chandler Baldwin and Jeremy Spillman, “What I See” ships to radio on Monday (10/14) with an impact date of Nov. 4, and both tracks are available now at all digital retailers.

“We had the idea for ‘What I See’ after our bus picked us up in this little random parking lot with just a rundown bar and restaurant,” Lancaster said. “To us, it might have been insignificant as we were just passing through, but to someone, it could be a landmark. This could be the place where someone spent all their Friday nights or had their first fender-bender in high school. We started talking about all our upbringings, and realized that we all have those places in our own towns that meant something to us whether it’s the football field or just an exit sign. Though insignificant to most, they are part of our stories, so this song shines a light on the idea that ‘there’s more than meets the eye.’”

“What I See” and “Old Camaro”’s classic young love story, follow LANCO’s No. One selling debut HALLELUJAH NIGHTS and their GOLD certified single “Born to Love You.” The chart-topping band heightens their signature anthemic melodies and sing-along choruses after building a consistent following from headlining hundreds of shows this year.

LANCO has paved their course with the success of the 2x PLATINUM single “Greatest Love Story,” which became a multi-week radio chart-topper. Following the release of their No. One selling debut and critically acclaimed album HALLELUJAH NIGHTS, which has over 560 million streams, Lancaster became the first artist in 10 years to have a No. One on the chart solely written by that artist, while LANCO served as the first Country group in a decade to appear at the top of the Billboard Country albums chart with a debut album. LANCO has garnered multiple nominations from the CMT, CMA, ACM, AMA, and iHeartAwards, while Lancaster became the first member of a group to ever win NSAI’s “Songwriter/Artist of the Year.” After hosting capacity crowds overseas and criss-crossing The US and Canada for their own sold out headlining shows this year, LANCO has been tapped as support for Miranda Lambert’s 2020 WILDCARD TOUR. Get To Know New Artist Hayden Haddock With This Q&A

Learn all about new artist, Hayden Haddock, with this Q&A.

Q: You are currently busy touring, recording and are a full time student at Texas A&M. How do you juggle it all?

It definitely gets tough sometimes, but just basic time management is key. I try to just get all my school work done during the week to leave the weekends free for touring.

Q: With Type 1 diabetes, how do you maintain a healthy lifestyle while on the road?

Luckily, i’ve had plenty of time to adapt to having T1D since I was diagnosed at 8 years old. I try to just make health conscious decisions when it comes to eating, but that doesn’t mean I say no to a good ole Whataburger!

Q: What is your go to snack when touring?

My go to snack on the road would have to be Cheeto Hot Fries and a Bang energy drink.

Q: What is your favorite song to play at your live show?

My favorite song to play live would have to be “Don’t Bother Calling” off of my EP or a new song called “Where You Come In”!

Q: You are currently in the studio working on your sophomore project with Trent Willmon. What has been the most exciting part of the recording process for you so far?

My favorite part of recording is definitely tracking day with the band. I love it because you get to hear your songs take on a whole new personality and really come to life.

Q: What was it like writing with HIT songwriters during your first trip to Nashville?

It was a little intimidating, honestly. I don’t think of myself as a great songwriter yet, so I was just so fortunate to be able to learn from those guys and help better myself as a songwriter.

Q: What can fans expect from your next record?

This next project will definitely top the last, as it should. It is 100% true, authentic country music which is what I stand for. I think every song on this next record has the potential to be a hit!

Q: Since you are also a full time student, what is your favorite course you are currently taking?

I’m not a big fan of school (don’t tell my parents) but if I have to choose I would say Materials and Methods just because it’s teaching me things that can actually be used in everyday life.

Q: What is the most exciting show/venue you have played so far?

My favorite show has probably been playing at The Rustic Dallas. It was a packed house, a very interactive crowd, and I had a lot of old friends show up which was pretty cool.

Q: When can we expect the new music?

We are shooting to have the new record out by early January of 2020. We just might release a single before then, so stay tuned for that!

Q: Lastly, since we are Focus on the 615, what is your favorite restaurant in Nashville?

I have been to a lot of great restaurants there, but I think my favorite would have to be Kayne Prime!
