Martin Guitar (www.martinguitar.com) 
will be celebrating the 100th anniversary of their iconic Dreadnought model (1916-2016), known worldwide as the most copied body size in the world. To launch the year-long celebration, Martin Guitar will unveil two distinctive limited edition models during the 2016 Winter NAMM Trade show in Anaheim, CA:  the D-222 Anniversary Edition and D-28 John Lennon 75th Anniversary Edition. The two limited edition models pay homage to the highly influential instrument which shaped the sound of American music.

Martin & Co. continues to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the iconic Martin D-35 model with two commemorative limited-edition D-35 models at the 2015 Summer NAMM show in NashvilleJuly 9th through July 11th.  The limited edition D12-35 50th Anniversary model and the HD-35 FM IV 60th will be among six other models showcased.

CMA Awards Backstage – Martin Guitar Artist Welcome Lounge

The day before the 46th Annual CMA Music Awards, we had the wonderful opportunity to go behind the scenes at the brand new Martin Guitar Artist Welcome Lounge! We enjoyed the splendors of Martin chic and an exclusive look at backstage. We also had the opportunity to interview Steve Storm from  C. F. Martin & Co. and speak with him about how this new tradition came about.

The lounge will be a comfortable, chic haven for all participating artists to relax, mingle with their peers, and best of all, play the beautiful Martin guitars available in the lounge during rehearsals, the red carpet and the night of the awards show. And don’t forget to tune into the 46th Annual CMA Awards live from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN Thursday November 1 at 8/7c on ABC!
