Redneck Riviera Celebrates One Year Anniversary June 7 With John Rich Appearing Everyday During CMA Music Fest

John Rich and friends to perform everyday during CMA Music Fest

Friends include Deana Carter, Daryl Worley, Heidi Newfield, Jason Michael Carroll, Mo Pitney, Natalie Stovall, Cowboy Troy, Lonestar, Honeysuckle Rose, Glen Templeton, Dillon Carmichael and many more

Country music star John Rich who lives by his “work hard, play hard” motto will be raising a glass at this years CMA Music Fest in celebration of Redneck Riviera’s one year anniversary on Friday, June 7.  Fans can meet and see a performance of the singer/songwriter and entrepreneur each day at Redneck Riviera, along with his famous “friends” during CMA’s Country Music Fest.

To see the full list and show times of performances, visit www.redneckriviera.com.

There is no place like this on Broadway – John at times will sit in a specific corner of the bar with street access through a window and talk to fans as they pass by. He’s also been known to jump up on stage and sit in with the scheduled band for a song or two. There are two ‘live’ stages, a DJ on the rooftop deck with sweeping views of Music City and a bar on every floor. Redneck Riviera offers two “heroes” bars that offer special buy-one-get-one free prices to first responders, veterans and active duty military personnel. John shares, “The Heroes Bar is the most significant and soulful part of Redneck Riviera. This is where we not only get to say, ‘Thank you for your service,’ but we back that up by offering our military vets, active duty and all first responders their first round of a 2-for-1 on all domestic beers. These folks are the backbone of our nation and we love them!” The Heroes bars’ backdrop is an American flag made of beer cans.  Take a virtual tour of the bar HERE.
Unlike most of the bars on Lower Broadway where artists names on the marquee via licensing agreements, Rich owns Redneck Riviera. The singer designed the space and his brother Isaac Rich personally cut every piece of wood in the building — along with the three wooden bars and the wood covered walls. He also credits his brother with building the light fixtures, refurbishing the Airstream trailer on the second floor and installing all of the taxidermy that decorates the walls.

Redneck Riviera is located at 208 Broadway in Nashville, Tennessee.

Hot Country With Spotify Thursday Was A Hit

Last night, I thoroughly-enjoyed spending some time at Blake Shelton’s new entertainment venue, Ole Red, with the folks from Spotify.

Courtesy of Ole Red

The beautiful, new, three-story venue located in downtown Nashville on the corner of Broadway & 3rd Ave. is a great addition to Nashville’s lower Broad area.  A great menu with reasonable prices consistent with other downtown venues.  I loved the bacon-wrapped scallops, mozzarella & tomatoes with balsamic vinegar, and smoked barbecue wings, along with the specialty drink, Ole Red Frosecco.

I enjoyed getting to see the talented Morgan Wallen perform an acoustic set and Levi Hummon slayed the stage with a full band set to the delight of the standing room only crowd of festival goers.

I will be heading back out tonight! It’s a great place to have a drink, food, and listen to live music every day of CMA Music Festival starting ay 11am – 2am.  A schedule of all the artist performance times throughout CMA Music Festival can be found by clicking HERE.

Be sure to stream Spotify’s Hot Country station on your computer and phones!

Night one at CMA Fest’s free Cracker Barrel Country Roads Stage at Nashville’s Ascend Amphitheater featured an exciting evening of performances by some of Broken Bow Records’ brightest stars, including Chase Bryant, Craig Campbell, Lindsey Ell, Everette, Chase Rice, Runaway June, and Granger Smith.

On stage, Cracker Barrel and Chase Bryant organized a special, patriotic moment for 10 expectant mothers-to-be from Fort Campbell who were all active duty servicewomen and military spouses. They each received one of Cracker Barrel’s iconic rockers, free Cracker Barrel twice a month for a year, and gift cards to shop at the famous restaurant’s country store. Fans gave the women a standing ovation, and the moment was capped off with a heartwarming video showing 100 other military moms-to-be receiving rockers, too.
With the kickoff of CMA Fest yesterday, Cracker Barrel is encouraging festivalgoers to share photographs of themselves for a good cause. With Cracker Barrel’s Rock With Us fundraiser, every photograph taken in a Cracker Barrel rocker at the festival and shared on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram using the hashtag #CBMusic between June 7 and June 9 will result in a $1 donation from Cracker Barrel to the CMA Foundation (up to $15,000).
Red Light Management artists Lee Brice, Clare Dunn, and Tyler Farr will hit the stage tonight, while Warner Music Nashville will bring out Morgan Evans, Michael Ray, Cole Swindell, and more on Saturday evening.

Florida Georgia Line’s Tyler And Hayley Hubbard To Sip & Sweat With Fans During CMA Fest

MULTI-PLATINUM superstar TYLER HUBBARD of Florida Georgia Line and his wife HAYLEY HUBBARD are going to the mat for a good cause during this year’s CMA Fest, hosting a SIP & SWEAT morning of refreshing drinks and rooftop yoga at downtown Nashville’s FGL HOUSE.

Taking place on Sunday, June 10, at FGL HOUSE’s vibey Cruise Rooftop – located on 3rd Avenue South in the heart of CMA Fest – fans are invited to enjoy a star-studded yoga class led by instructor Danielle Whitener of Freebird and then a round of delicious Palomas, with ticket proceeds benefiting the CMA Foundation’s efforts to improve and sustain music education programs around the nation.

“Music and yoga are such a huge part of our lives,” shared Hayley. “And, it gives us so much joy to be able to bring people together for such a great cause and do something fun that lets us move and breathe.”

Tyler added, “Hayley and I love rounding up our friends for a group workout. There is a really cool energy that comes from that and we can’t wait to have you join us!”

“Each year we welcome thousands of Country music fans to Nashville for CMA Fest, a four-day long music festival where gracious artists, like Florida Georgia Line, perform for free and ticket proceeds go to support music education,” said Sarah Trahern, CMA Foundation President and CMA Chief Executive Officer. “What Tyler and Hayley Hubbard are doing with ‘SIP & SWEAT’ goes above and beyond, and is a true reflection of how generous this Country music community is.”

Trahern added, “Proceeds from this event will go directly to helping us ensure every child has the opportunity to participate in music — no matter their circumstance, and we are grateful that Tyler and Hayley continue to show incredible support for our work at the CMA Foundation.”

Sponsored by Dulce Vida Spirits, Snap Fitness, and Topo Chico, the invigorating SIP & SWEAT event will kick off at 8 a.m. CT sharp with Music City MC Donald Jenkins on tap to keep the energy flowing. A few surprise celebrity guests and friends of the Hubbards will also join in the festivities.

“We’re excited to join the Hubbards for this refreshing part of CMA Fest,” shared Adam Kost, Vice President of Marketing, Milestone Brands LLC {Dulce Vita Spirits}. “Using 100% Organic Blanco Tequila infused with real grapefruit and lime (66 calories and two carbs per serving), we will be making Perfect Palomas and Skinny Margaritas to complement a great workout.”

“Snap Fitness is thrilled to sponsor SIP & SWEAT – Palomas & Rooftop Yoga with the Hubbards! Delivering the best fitness experiences in the world is what we do, and nothing gives us greater joy than taking our mission outside the walls of our clubs and into the community for a good cause,” said Caitlin Tvrdik, Director of Marketing, Lift Brands.

A limited number of tickets for the Hubbards’ SIP & SWEAT are available now at https://fglhouseyoga.eventbrite.com. All attendees will receive a yoga mat and water bottle.
