Hunter Hayes Set To Release New Album STORYLINE MAY 6

hhWith over 8 million singles sold, a platinum-certified debut album and multiple award wins and GRAMMY nominations including one for Country Album of the Year, Hunter Hayes will release his brand new album, Storyline, on May 6 which is available for pre-order now on HunterHayes.com and iTunes. Brad Paisley closed the C2C Festivals this weekend by playing before a packed house each night at The O2 Dublin and The O2 London.  In Dublin he joined in the St. Paddy’s Day jubilation by hand painting (with a Sharpie) a green shamrock on the front of his hat and at the end of his performance gave it to lucky Irish fan. He continues his European tour this week with shows in Stavanger and Oslo, Norway, Gothenburg and Stockholm, Sweden.

Grand Ole Opry Kicks Off Celebration Of 40 Years Of Music At The Grand Ole Opry House

40th Opry House Anniversary All Cast Hollo 2164 3-15-14The Grand Ole Opry celebrated 40 years of country music at the Grand Ole Opry House this evening as the newest members of the Opry, Old Crow Medicine Show, led the cast in a show-opening performance of Opry patriarch Roy Acuff’s “Wabash Cannonball.” The 40th Opry House Anniversary Show began as the very first Opry performance at the Opry House did, with video footage of Acuff and his Smoky Mountain Boys from 1940 performing the band’s signature song. That performance transitioned to footage of Acuff and the Opry cast singing the song on March 16, 1974 before finally seamlessly transitioning to the curtain going up on Old Crow and a stage full of tonight’s other performers finishing the number for the live audience.
