NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A California farmer’s daughter, Annie Bosko’s soulful, honey-soaked vocals and neo-traditional country sound has been perfected over the course of her 10,000 + hours in this industry. Bosko has written songs for Willie Nelson, recorded duets with music legends Vince Gill and Dwight Yoakam and performed alongside music giants Adele and Darius Rucker.

Bosko’s hard work and progress paid off, catching the attention of Benny Brown, founder of BBR Music Group, and together they assembled an A-list team including Randy Bernard, whose only other client is Garth Brooks (whom he shares with industry icon Bob Doyle of Bob Doyle and Associates) and CAA’s Rod Essig and Ethan Goldish.

“We are very excited to be working with Annie,” shares Brown. “Her incredible talent as a vocalist and entertainer along with her work ethic make her the perfect addition to the Stone Country family.”

Today, Bernard joins forces with Brown Sellers Brown (BSB) Management in a joint venture representing Bosko for artist management alongside BSB’s Benny Brown, Jason Sellers and Angela Wheeler. Bosko has also inked a recording contract with Brown’s Stone Country Records.

“The first time I heard Annie, I was very impressed. The first time I watched Annie perform live,  I was blown away,” reflects Bernard. “I am very excited to work with Annie, Benny and his entire team.”

“I met Annie 10 years ago and I could tell then how great of a singer she was. Since then, I’ve come to find she’s equally as talented as a songwriter and entertainer,” shares Sellers. “Really excited to be a part of these next steps in her journey.”

Having already slotted gigs as direct support for Tim McGraw, CAA is betting on Bosko, as Essig shares “Annie is an incredible singer, great performer and very insightful. We are proud to represent her.”

Combining musical influences from Patsy Cline and Shania Twain, to George Strait and The Beatles, Bosko is preparing new music for release this year. At the helm producing are Derek George (Randy Houser, Joe Nichols and Bryan White) an accomplished singer and producer with over 40 cuts and 25 years of experience in the music business and Mickey Jack Cones (Carrie Underwood, Dustin Lynch, Kelly Clarkson, Thomas Rhett) who has 39 No. 1’s; 275+ Billion streams; 90+ Million units sold; 2 Grammy nominations and countless multi-platinum records to his name.

NEEDTOBREATHE RELEASES UPLIFTING SINGLE “HIDEAWAY” FROM NEW ALBUM CAVES, DUE SEPT. 15

Tickets for Fall Arena Tour On Sale Now

Nashville, TN – August 10, 2023 – “ Chase down the silver lining, we’re gonna find a way,” lead singer Bear Rinehart of multi-platinum rock band NEEDTOBREATHE recites on their newest single, “Hideaway,” released today.

Co-written by Rinehart and notable Nashville songwriters Trent Dabbs and John-Luke Carter, “Hideaway” is a catchy, uplifting track that will resonate with listeners that have ever felt tired, beaten down or alone.

Described as “hopeful and joyful” (Rolling Stone) and as “delivering a passion through their music that leaves their fans feeling like they’ve just climbed down from a mountain” (Forbes) the comforting message of “Hideaway” encourages resiliency through the hard times.

It’s also what initiated the recording process for the band’s new album CAVES. “We traveled to Utah to do pre-production on some new songs and ‘Hideaway’ came together in a really magical way,” NEEDTOBREATHE explains, “It’s one of our favorite moments on the record.”

Fans can listen to “Hideaway” HERE today and pre-order or pre-save CAVES HERE.

Due out September 15, CAVES is a collection of awe-inspiring melodies, breathtaking instrumentation and epic-scale energy, giving the band’s soul-probing approach a bigger, more expansive new scope––one that American Songwriter writes is “brimming with anthemic, arena-worthy sounds” and has “larger-than-life productions.”

The album features a diverse lineup of special guests, including country hitmakers Carly Pearce and Old Dominion, Northern Irish singer-songwriter Foy Vance and alternative rock band Judah & The Lion, who will be touring with NEEDTOBREATHE this fall. Tickets are on sale now HERE.

CAVES was written in two post-pandemic phases – first during their aforementioned getaway in Utah, where the group was finally able to get together again, and then again after they returned to the road, re-acclimating to massive crowds alongside OneRepublic. The making of the album was captured in a two-part documentary “A World Without A Mirror: The Making of CAVES”. To watch part one, click HERE.

About NEEDTOBREATHE

Despite a 20-year history that includes all the accolades of an iconic band, GRAMMY-nominated, multi-platinum band NEEDTOBREATHE came into their latest studio album with a much different frame of mind. They still felt they had something to prove. In truth, this is a band who have loomed large for years, leveraging a unique fusion of modern rock, purpose-driven soul and irresistible pop appeal into a stat line which puts them in exceedingly rare company. Formed in South Carolina in 2001, NEEDTOBREATHE has grown and evolved to occupy a unique position in the modern genre landscape. They’ve placed five Number One albums all across the Billboard chart spectrum, from Rock and Alternative. They’ve racked up two billion career streams and scored multi-platinum chart topping hits – deep-feeling anthems with a spiritual conscious like “Brother” (feat. Gavin DeGraw), “Who Am I,” “Let’s Stay Home Tonight” and dozens more. And they’ve done it all while filling venues across the globe, either as headliners or with a diverse array of superstars like Taylor Swift, OneRepublic and Tim McGraw. Ask their fans and it’s been two decades of spirit-mining songs, master musicianship and elemental artistry, digging deep to create a series of sonic monuments to the human condition. Yet for all they’ve built, the five-piece group remains a veiled figure in the shadowed fringe of modern rock to some – so on their ninth studio album, CAVES, they’re coming out into the light. Due September 15, CAVES is a collection of awe-inspiring melodies, breathtaking instrumentation and epic-scale energy, giving the band’s soul-probing approach a bigger, more expansive new scope. NASHVILLE, TN – Gibson, the iconic American instrument brand, has shaped sound across generations and genres of music, becoming one of the most relevant, played, and loved guitar brands around the world. Today, Gibson Custom Shop is proud to announce a partnership with acclaimed musician and songwriter, Miranda Lambert, with the new Gibson Miranda Lambert Bluebird, her first-ever signature guitar. The rare Gibson acoustic guitar is made in the USA, hand-crafted in the storied Gibson Acoustic factory in Bozeman, Montana by Gibson’s expert acoustic luthiers. The new Miranda Lambert Bluebird from Gibson Custom Shop is now available worldwide at authorized Gibson dealers, and on www.gibson.com.

“I have been playing Gibson acoustic guitars for so long now, so to be able to partner with such an iconic brand to create my own version of the classic Hummingbird is a dream come true,” shared Lambert. “I hope this encourages musicians everywhere – especially young girls – to pick up a Bluebird and chase the same dream that guitars have made come true for me.”

“At Gibson, we’re always seeking ways to lift up the voices of artists who have shaped the sound of genres, and Miranda is a trailblazing artist that represents the best that country music has to offer” says Codey Allen, Director, Cultural Influence-North America at Gibson Brands. “Her immense talent, authenticity, and dedication to the craft of songwriting, as well as her unwavering commitment to encourage more girls and women to play guitar are what inspired us to create the Miranda Lambert Bluebird Acoustic guitar.”

A decorated songwriter, Academy of Country Music Entertainer of the Year, passionate animal advocate, restaurateur, businesswoman, and New York Times best-selling author, Lambert is among the brightest stars in modern country music. Named as one of the most influential people in the world by TIME, Lambert has won multiple GRAMMY® Awards and has been honored with more Academy of Country Music Awards than any artist in history. A constant champion of female artists—including numerous collaborations and her work as a member of the Pistol Annies—Lambert has made it a priority to encourage more girls and women to pick up guitars themselves.

Her music and mission have been honored with a new Gibson signature guitar, her first-ever model, the Miranda Lambert Bluebird. A variation of the iconic Gibson Hummingbird, the Miranda Lambert Bluebird is as distinctive as its namesake, and features a square shoulder mahogany body with a Sitka spruce top, a striking Bluebonnet nitrocellulose lacquer finish celebrating the official flower of Lambert’s home state of Texas, and a custom Bluebird pickguard inspired by her chart-topping song of the same name. NASHVILLE, TN – August 7, 2023 – Big Machine Music City Grand Prix (BMMCGP) and Women in Motorsports North America, a community of professionals devoted to enabling opportunities for women across all motorsport disciplines, recognized female motorsports industry members, and the men who support them, this weekend in Victory Circle.

Additionally, two scholarships were awarded to Big Machine Music City Grand Prix employees in memory of Dr. Rose Mattioli. A trailblazer for women and families in motorsports, the late Dr. Rose and her husband, Dr. Joseph ‘Doc’ Mattioli, co-founded Pocono Raceway in 1968, a family-owned-and-operated business.

“It’s a privilege for us to be able to honor women trailblazers, like Dr. Rose Mattioli, with the creation of a scholarship for women in motorsports to this year’s Women with Drive III Summit this fall,” said Matt Crews, CEO of the Big Machine Music City Grand Prix. “Additionally, Rose’s son, Joe, was instrumental in starting what is now known as the Big Machine Music City Grand Prix. So to honor his contribution and her legacy was important to us. As a father of a daughter who can look at a career in motorsports, it is really important that we raise awareness with prospects, and it goes back to pioneers like Dr. Rose who helped forge opportunities.”

Crews was joined by Big Machine Music City Grand Prix’s Jason Rittenberry (President and COO) and Liz Allison (EVP) along with Joe Mattioli, son of Rose and Doc Mattioli, and Cindy Sisson, Executive Director of Women in Motorsports North America, to present scholarships to two multi-year employees of Big Machine Music City Grand Prix Molly Hayes and Sarah Wahlstrom. Hayes is the Client Services Manager, and Wahlstrom is the Operations Administration Manager. Hayes and Wahlstrom, who started as interns for the organization, were presented with scholarships to attend the Women with Drive III Summit in November.

“Rose was so special and cared about all families,” said Liz Allison, Executive Vice President of the Big Machine Music City Grand Prix.  “I know many of us really miss her, and she’s left quite the legacy. It’s really exciting for us to be able to send two women to the summit in Phoenix, and I’m thrilled to be standing here with Cindy Sisson and Jason Rittenberry today to be able to honor the winners and celebrate all women and the men who support us in motorsports today.”

As part of its commitment to supporting and enhancing opportunities for women across all motorsport disciplines, Women in Motorsports North America (WIMNA) created the Women with Drive Summit.  Attendees include industry executives, drivers, team members, manufacturers, sponsors, race track representatives, and anyone working in the sport or wanting to learn more. The inaugural summit was held during the Big Machine Music City Grand Prix weekend in Aug. 2021.

“My mother was constantly fighting for ‘Women’s Rights’ long before it was popular and won numerous awards for her efforts,” said Joe Mattioli, son of Rose and Doc Mattioli and former consultant of the Big Machine Music City Grand Prix. “While my dad was an incredible businessman, my mother taught me important life lessons about honesty, bravery, hard work, compassion, family values, not being afraid to fail, treating everyone with respect, and much more.”

Hayes and Wahlstrom will now have the opportunity to gather with industry leaders (male and female) from across all forms of motorsports to discuss current issues and network during the two-day summit slated for November 7 – 8, 2023, at Phoenix Raceway in Avondale, Arizona following the final NASCAR Cup Series race of the season.

“This is an amazing day, and I’m so happy for the recipients,” said Cindy Sisson, the executive director of Women in Motorsports North America. “It all started here, and I have to credit Matt (Crews). He called me before his inaugural race and told me to ‘think big’ because so few people promote women in motorsports, so we thought big and held our first conference here in Nashville two years ago. I’m very thankful that Matt and his team are honoring these women and partnering with our organization.”

“Chris Daughtry is one of the best voices in rock music, hands down,” says Big Machine Label Group Chairman and CEO Scott Borchetta. “He is attacking this season of life full-on with a renewed fire and intensity to everything he touches.”

“I am so thrilled to be working with Scott and the entire Big Machine crew on this next record and beyond,” shares Daughtry frontman Chris Daughtry. “It’s very refreshing and exciting to have a team behind me that fully believes and supports my vision.”

The news follows the rock outfit’s announcement of their Bare Bones Tour, plotting a rare acoustic run with 26 new US dates launching on 8/9. Alongside Billboard chart-topping rocker Ayron Jones, who is set to open on select stops, the upcoming performances mark a unique opportunity to highlight the stars’ powerhouse musical versatility and vocal prowess in the most intimate of settings.

Coming in hot off the recent success with their Lzzy Hale duet, “Separate Ways (World’s Apart),” Daughtry’s amped-up reimagining of the Journey classic debuted at No. 1 on iTunes’ All Genres chart and reached No. 6 on Mediabase’s Active Rock chart. True to its roots with an updated grit, the single has racked up millions of streams across platforms, earning praise from heavy-hitters like Variety, Billboard, Consequence, and American Songwriter, among others.
