Tim Rushlow just returned from an undisclosed location where he spent part of his holiday break with Navy Entertainment playing for our troops deployed overseas this holiday season. Tim was Master of Ceremonies at a holiday celebration for our sailors and soldiers, and their families who are stationed abroad. He delivered a scorching set of Christmas classics to ring in the season and also sprinkled in a few of his own hits as well.
Rushlow has a special affinity for our nation’s men and women in uniform. So much so, that the spotlight tune on his Classic Christmas collection is a song he co-wrote called “A Soldier’s Gift,” which is a thank-you to our service members.
“Getting to play for our armed forces during the holidays is a real blessing. These brave men and women are giving us a peaceful Christmas season here at home while sacrificing time away from their loved ones. I am always available when asked to perform for them and always thankful for the sacrifice they give on behalf of all Americans”.
Tim Rushlow and his Big band are celebrating the re-release of the deluxe edition of his Classic Christmas album available everywhere, amazon, and itunes. Tim has just recorded his live Big Band CD and DVD which will a national pledge drive on PBS TV March 2016.
