The Delta Rae Revival Is Coming…

DELTA RAE embodies both the light and dark of Southern storytelling with their music … Dynamic interludes. Hushed tones. Bombastic drums. Angelic serenades. Primal vocals. Honing the eclectic style in front of an increasing congregation at headlining shows and coveted festival slots over the last decade, the band brings their 16-week residency to The Basement (1604 8th Ave S.) in Nashville this fall. The North Carolina-bred six-piece troupe had announced the initial round of openers: Austin Jenckes, Adam Wakefield, Baylor Wilson, Carolina Story, Carolina Glaser, Carrie Welling, Chloe Gilligan, Dallas Caroline, Emma Hern, Hannah Dasher, Jaden Michaels, Jillette Johnson, Josh Jenkins, Joel Levi, Kalie Shorr, Katie Cole, Kitty Hawk, Lainey Wilson, Lauren Jenkins, Levon, Liz Longley, Payton Smith, Sarahbeth Taite, Southern Avenue, The Last Bandoleros and The Redhill Valleys.

The Delta Rae Revival will offer a new immersive experience from the parking lot to the stage as audiences assemble every Wednesday from September 5 through December 19. Fans will have a three-dimensional experience rarely seen during musical live shows. On sale now at DeltaRae.com, tickets are $10 with a limited amount available online and the remainder sold first-come-first-serve at the door. Special guests and fresh songs are on tap each week and will be announced throughout the next months over the band’s social media.

“Since finding our home here in Nashville we’ve become friends with many artists we have long admired. We’re beyond excited and honored that this level of talent will share the stage with us every night for The Revival. Some of them are hidden gems, some are dominating the Music City scene, all are incredible, and we are thrilled to combine forces to create a musical experience unlike anything this town has ever seen. Country fans deserve a show like this, southern magic and music for the soul,” expresses Brittany Holljes.

Equally prominent in their commanding dual lead vocals, Brittany Holljes and Liz Hopkins alternate between two stylistic tones of warm love songs and swampy, mysterious tracks. Delta Rae is rounded out with Holljes’ brothers Eric (vocals, piano) and Ian (vocals, guitar) as well as Mike McKee (drums) and Grant Emerson (bass). Crafting their moniker from a mythical story their mother wrote, the siblings’ upbringing has been at the core of Delta Rae’s sound as artists, songwriters and social activists. Said the Nashville Scene, “Their vocal harmonies are powerful, their stage show is impassioned, and frankly they are the nicest bunch of folks out there…”

Creators through and through, Delta Rae literally builds out their vibe with hand-shaped visuals including their interactive set and soul-bearing sentiments, evident with the Eric-penned “No Peace In Quiet.” They released back-to-back EPs just last year alone – A LONG AND HAPPY LIFE and THE BLACKBIRD SESSIONS – on The Valory Music Co.

Sibling Duo Jesse & Noah Bellamy Reveal Album Artwork And Track Listing For NEON PIKE

Sibling duo Jesse & Noah, the sons of David Bellamy from the famed Bellamy Brothers, have revealed to fans the album artwork and track listing for their forthcoming album, Neon Pike, due to hit digital and streaming services on August 31, 2018.  The album is available for pre-order with two instant gratis tracks, “Gambler’s Heart” and “Chances,” available immediately upon ordering.  To pre-order visit HERE.

Grounded by the legacy passed down through generations of musicians in their family, Jesse & Noah, have come a long way since they left the Bellamy family ranch in Darby, Florida.  Over the years they’ve also shown a willingness to explore musically, to the point that maybe Country isn’t even the best description of what they’re doing these days. True, their musical roots show throughout their newest album, Neon Pike. But what grows from those roots’ spills across genre lines. Along with fiddles and steel guitars, it’s powered by thundering drums, shredding electric guitar and hefty doses of Americana, rock ’n’ roll and elements that are harder to categorize.

“The challenge for us has always been that we’re not traditional enough to fit with the traditional crowd or pop enough to be pop country,” says Jesse Bellamy.

Noah Bellamy interjects, “So for this album, Neon Pike, we really just focused on the instrumentation and creating solid music we are proud to share with our fans.”

Fans will have the chance to hear selections from the full album performed live on August 25 at Bowery Vault in Nashville, TN for the duo’s album pre-release party.  For up-to-date touring information visit, www.jesseandnoah.com.

Morgan Evans Lands First U.S. #1 With Debut Single “Kiss Somebody”

With early believers – including Rolling Stone, Billboard, and CMT – touting him as one of Country’s artists to watch, MORGAN EVANS has lived up to the title with his debut U.S. single “Kiss Somebody” hitting the #1 spot on the Country Aircheck/Mediabase radio airplay chart this week. Setting the tone for a breakthrough global career ahead, the song is featured on his just-released self-titled EP.

“I played my very first show on the other side of the world and the idea of traveling to America, let alone having the #1 song in Country music, was the dream. And, this week it has come true!” shares Evans. “I can’t even begin to express how overwhelmed I am with gratitude. THANK YOU to the fans and everyone at country radio for all the love you’ve given back to this song.”

Written by Evans, Chris DeStefano and Josh Osborne, the song previously topped SiriusXM The Highway’s HOT 30 Countdown, while surpassing 52 million on-demand streams and claiming a place on Spotify’s Global Viral 50 list. Following the Australia native’s buzzed-about performance on ABC’s The Bachelorette, “Kiss Somebody” shot to #4 on iTunes’ Top Country Songs chart.

Sure to showcase his “undeniable positivity” (Billboard) on his forthcoming Warner Music Nashville / Warner Bros. Records full-length debut album, Evans co-penned every track for the anticipated release. Further proving his “strong songwriting chops” (Rolling Stone), Evans has written two songs in this week’s Top 10: “Kiss Somebody” and Dylan Scott’s hit single “Hooked.”

Following his successful headline run on the 10 IN 10 TOUR, Evans has taken the stage at major fairs and festivals all summer long. This week (8/22) he’s set to perform during the 12th annual ACM Honors at the iconic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN. Heading Down Under for a string of SOLD OUT headline shows in Australia beginning September 5, he’ll return to the U.S. and rejoin Chris Young as a special guest on the LOSING SLEEP 2018 WORLD TOUR kicking off September 13.

For more information and a full list of tour dates, visit MorganEvansMusic.com. Reach out to him on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Fast forward to earning a degree in Economics, Tyler moved pursued a different game of numbers – music – exploring various genres with songwriting and bands before taking the leap as a solo artist signed with The Valory Music Co. While introducing his amplified sound and infectious energy coast to coast, the 2018 CMT Listen Up Artist has become a road warrior performing alongside Dustin Lynch, Sam Hunt, Brett Eldredge, Justin Moore, Cole Swindell, Dan + Shay. Rachel Wammack, a 24-year old native from Muscle Shoals, Alabama, describes her sound as the trifecta of Country, Soul and Adult Pop. Being influenced heavily from the rich music history of her hometown, Rachel had no choice but to be shaped and sharpened by the artistic gusto that comes when those sounds merge. Rachel honed her craft not only as vocalist, but as a songwriter. At the age of 12, Rachel wrote her first song. Throughout the following adolescent years, Rachel expressed her art in her songwriting, storytelling, playing in the High school band, and pursuing a degree in professional writing. At the age of 17 she was discovered by a Sony Music Nashville executive while Rachel was performing at a fine cuisine, piano restaurant in Muscle Shoals. Five years and many written songs later, Rachel would receive a record deal from Sony Music Nashville. In April 2018 Rachel released her self-titled, four song EP via the RCA Records Nashville imprint, giving her ever growing fan base a taste of the music that’s still to come. Wammack’s EP, which includes her newly-released debut single “Damage,” proves that the young singer/songwriter is standing at the starting line of what promises to be an exciting, self-fulfilling and stunning career.
