An Estimated 100 Thousand Brave Rain As The Band Perry Rocks Nashville’s July 4th Celebration

The Band PerrySuperstar sibling trio, The Band Perry, headlined Music City’s July 4th celebration “Let Freedom Sing” for those with a “pioneer” spirit who didn’t let a little rain get in the way.  A steady stream of people filled Nashville’s river front during the day and by show time, the crowd grew to more than 100,000 throughout the entire event campus.  They braved the non-stop rain to experience the award-winning band’s high energy performance and to see Music City’s fireworks show, which is consistently ranked one of the Nation’s largest and best. The Band Perry Welcomes “The Fans Perry” To A Fun-Filled CMA Music Fest Celebration

The Band Perry The Band Perry held a stylish brunch celebration for a packed house, full of avid fans, at their second annual “The Fans Perry” Fan Club Party at Nashville’s Mercy Lounge during CMA Music Fest. After answering questions from the media at a mini-press conference preceding the party, the trio posed for pictures and chatted with the 400 fans in attendance at the event at the end of a red carpet the fans walked (since they were the stars of the special day.) The event hall was beautifully decorated with candlelit, linen-covered tables with black velvet ribbons and pearl accents, and huge, black-and-white canvas photos of The Band Perry with messages from their CD’s title track and theme, PIONEER hung throughout the room as fans made their way around key memorabilia from the band’s career thus far. Fans snacked on sandwiches and sides and scrumptious mini-sized cupcakes in The Band Perry’s signature new Gigi’s Cupcakes flavor – Very Perry Chocolate Cherry – a confection inspired by a name from their song “I’m A Keeper” from their latest chart topping CD. The Band Perry’s New Album PIONEER Available Today

Trio Brings History-Making Crowd to Hometown of Greeneville, TN with a Free Show

Republic Nashville sibling trio The Band Perry gave a special performance in their hometown of Greeneville, TN, debuting new music from their sophomore album, PIONEER. An estimated crowd of 25,000 took to the streets of the small mountain town to see the famous residents and a chance meeting in the autograph line that stretched over a quarter of a mile down Main Street.  Their new CD, PIONEER, which releases today, has already hit #1 on the iTunes Country chart!

The history-making crowd boasted a large number of out of town visitors, in addition to members of Greeneville’s 17,000 residents, who made their way to see “their” band. With an invitation posted via social media earlier that week asking if fans were attending and from where, responses came in from all over the United States, including Florida, Iowa, Georgia, Alabama, and Texas, among others.  Fans even reported that they were making the trip from Canada!

Big Machine And AXS TV To Broadcast National “Outnumber Hunger Live!” Concert

AXS TV and Big Machine Label Group will broadcast a special two-hour concert event on Saturday, April 6, from Las Vegas. Platinum-selling sibling trio The Band Perry will headline Outnumber Hunger Live! and will be joined by labelmates Brantley Gilbert, Justin Moore, Florida Georgia Line, Greg Bates and Cassadee Pope.

Big Machine Label Group, General Mills and Feeding America have teamed-up for a second consecutive year for Outnumber Hunger, a campaign that helps fight hunger in local communities. Music fans will have an opportunity to support the initiative, which raises awareness and helps Feeding America—the nation’s leading domestic hunger-relief organization—secure meals for local food banks. Country Radio Seminar 2013: Celebrities, Surprises and Stars of Tomorrow

Country Radio Seminar wrapped up last week to record attendance, bright new stars, and performances by the biggest names in country music. The three-day event overtook the Nashville Convention Center as thousands poured in for the annual meeting.

As a media outlet, we have the opportunity to cover the event, and interview some of the brightest up-and-coming stars in the format. We’ll be posting those interviews in the upcoming days; and we’ve also got photo and video coverage of the events, so stay tuned!
