RCA Records Nashville Singer-Songwriter Rachel Wammack Debut Self-Titled EP Available Today

Singer-songwriter Rachel Wammack (pronounced wa-mack) releases her debut self-titled EP, Rachel Wammack, today via RCA Records Nashville.

Listen to it HERE.

The new Rachel Wammack EP was produced by Dann Huff and marks the first commercial release to come from the 23-year old native of Muscle Shoals, Alabama, who was influenced heavily from the rich music history of her hometown, being shaped and sharpened by her upbringing there.

Wammack, who was eager to give her ever-growing fan base a glimpse of the environment that molded her into writing her first song at age 12, took a camera crew this past winter around her hometown, showcasing the people and places that have played a small part in the artist, Rachel Wammack.

Watch the short clip HERE.

Like her key influences before her, Adele, Otis Redding, Carrie Underwood and Sam Smith; Wammack honed her craft not only as vocalist, but as a songwriter. Throughout her adolescent years Rachel expressed her art in her songwriting, storytelling, playing in the High School band, and eventually pursuing a degree in professional writing.

All artists take different paths, but with Rachel, her path chose her. At the age of 17 she was discovered by Sony Music Nashville while performing in Muscle Shoals. Five years and many written songs later, Rachel received a record deal from Sony Music Nashville.

Today Rachel begins her next chapter as both a songwriter and recording artist with the release of Rachel Wammack.

Florida Georgia Line Scores Touchdown With Headlining Street Party Celebrating Tennessee Titans

NASHVILLE, TN – APRIL 04: Tyler Hubbard (L) and Brian Kelley (R) of multi-platinum superstar duo Florida Georgia Line performs onstage during The NFL’s Tennessee Titans team up for the “Tradition Evolved” concert event in downtown Nashville to celebrate The Titans new 2018 uniforms on April 4, 2018 in Nashville, Tennessee. (Photo by John Shearer/Getty Images for Florida Georgia Line and Tennessee Titans) *** Local Caption *** Tyler Hubbard

Proudly sporting the NFL’s Tennessee Titans’ brand new 2018 jerseys personalized with “Hubbard” and “Kelley,” MULTI-PLATINUM duo FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE were in the zone showing downtown Nashville how they roll last night (4/4) at the corner of Broadway and 1st Avenue.

Hosted in celebration of the upcoming 20th season, star players of past and present united with the Titans Cheerleaders for the anything-goes festivities. “It was about as Nashville as you could get,” claimed ESPN, as a DJ and live Titans band pumped up the honky-tonk-lined street for the global entertainers. Even coach Mike Vrabel joined in on the action as he grabbed a mic to accompany FGL onstage for “Get Your Shine On.”

Palpable energy of the multi-block crowd fueled the first of its kind “Tradition Evolved” party as thousands of fans cheered and sang throughout the night to a range of FGL’s hottest jams from their BMLG Records albums. The dynamic pair mixed in new fan-favorites like their history-making chart-topper “Meant to Be” with Bebe Rexha – currently sitting at #1 on the Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart for the 18th consecutive week (tying 4X PLATINUM-certified “H.O.L.Y.”) – and invited Country rising star MORGAN WALLEN for a standout performance of his latest single “Up Down” (featuring FGL). And making it a family affair, both Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley sweetly brought out their wives for a piano-driven “H.O.L.Y.” – marking baby Olivia Hubbard’s first concert.

From the pre-party at FGL HOUSE to the after-party back at their four-story entertainment destination – plus the knockout concert complete with pyro and fireworks in between – headlining the landmark event meant a lot to the former Belmont University students who met in Music City. “It’s an honor to be a part of this organization,” Hubbard shared onstage. “It’s an honor to be in the beautiful city of Nashville – our home state of Tennessee right here – hanging out on a Wednesday night.”

On Saturday (4/7), CMT Hot 20 Countdown will offer viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the explosive night with backstage interviews and must-see concert footage. Fans can tune in to see host Cody Alan tour Nissan Stadium – home of the Titans – with FGL on CMT. Click here to watch the preview.

Nominated for ACM Vocal Duo of the Year, FGL will next perform 2X PLATINUM-certified “Meant to Be” with Rexha at the upcoming 53rd Academy of Country Music Awards live from Las Vegas on April 15 on CBS.
