If anything, we are all working harder than ever to make sure this year meets and exceeds the expectations of our returning ‘Peakers’ and completely blow away our first-time festival goers.”

“What I love about Seven Peaks is that this festival felt special from the beginning,” said Brian O’Connell, President of Country Touring at Live Nation. “It also instantly felt like we were all in this together to build something with longevity, from the fans out in the campgrounds, to the artists and teams working together backstage. Working with Dierks and his team, it is a truly collaborative partnership and there’s a lot of respect there. I’m so ready for us to continue to grow this festival, the mountains are calling!”

Miranda Lambert’s MuttNation Gifts Three Grants To Shelters On Behalf Of Their Volunteers

Volunteers from Morning Meadow Animal Rescue.

Animal-loving, country superstar Miranda Lambert changed things up for Giving Tuesday. Rather than asking her mutt-loving fans to donate to her 501c3 nonprofit MuttNation Foundation, she asked them to commit to volunteering for a day at their local shelter and subsequently announced that three of those lucky shelters would be randomly selected to each receive a $1,000 donation on behalf of their volunteer.

“We didn’t know if one person or 100 people would rise to the challenge and were thrilled by the response of 399 rescue-loving folks who signed on. Nothing makes me happier than to see people actively participate in making a positive difference at their local level,” said Miranda.

“We could not do what we do without our volunteers” added Paul Robinson of Morning Meadow Animal Rescue (Fordyce, AR), one of the three selected shelters. The other two rescues receiving MuttNation grants are BARC Humane Society of Palestine, TX and Dogwood Animal Shelter of Osage Beach, MO.

MuttNation encourages everyone who has the time to volunteer at their local animal shelter – and to share your stories and photos online and tag MuttNation.

About MuttNation Foundation
Founded by Miranda and her mom, Bev Lambert, in 2009, MuttNation is a donation-supported 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to promote the adoption of shelter pets, advance spay & neuter and educate the public about the benefits of these actions. MuttNation also works with transport partners to assist and relocate animals under threat of euthanasia and during times of natural disaster. With a goal of finding a forever home for every shelter animal, MuttNation supports animal rescues across the country, hosts adoption events throughout the year, provides positive reinforcement for the shelter adoption experience, works to raise awareness for its causes and develops and implements initiatives to further its mission-driven goals. He co-penned the lovelorn track alongside Erik Dylan and Randy Montana, who also produced with Jonathan Singleton. The lyrics capture nostalgia of a past relationship: If you’re ever in a bar somewhere / At a back-booth table, peelin’ those labels off High Life beers / That miss me song comes on like neon, loud and clear / And you think you’ve had too much / Just let that good buzz call me up and I’ll be there. Fans can pre-save “In A Bar Somewhere” today on Spotify: https://joshphillips.lnk.to/IABS_PreSavePR.

Hailing from Lee County, an area where brick manufacturing, cotton and tobacco reign supreme, Josh is taking fans back to his hometown in a personal new video. Each scene highlights what made him into the songwriter, artist and person he is today. WATCH NOW: https://joshphillips.lnk.to/GetToKnowPR.

ABOUT ELI YOUNG BAND:
The Eli Young Band has always been unique in modern Country music – a true band who plays their own instruments, writes their own songs, and clings fast to their Texas roots. After a storied career, they’ll release THIS IS ELI YOUNG BAND (GREATEST HITS), including their Top 20-and-rising single “Love Ain’t,” via The Valory Music Co. on March 29. Gravitating towards titles with lyrical twists – #1s: PLATINUM “Drunk Last Night,” 2X PLATINUM “Even If It Breaks Your Heart” and 3X PLATINUM “Crazy Girl” – EYB naturally fell into a groove recording the Ross Copperman, Ashley Gorley and Shane McAnally-penned track alongside producer Dann Huff. The new single follows the album FINGERPRINTS that showcased a signature mix of heartfelt phrases over driving rhythms. Their impressive trajectory also includes the chart-topping 10,000 TOWNS album, which produced singles earning Billboard’s #1 Country Song of the Year and ACM Awards Song of the Year. EYB has previously earned multiple nominations from GRAMMY, CMA, CMT, ACA and Teen Choice Awards. They have performed on national television shows such as TODAY, Conan, Late Show with David Letterman, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, and FOX & Friends. While selling out venues as a headliner from coast to coast, EYB has toured with Kenny Chesney, Rascal Flatts, Tim McGraw, Jason Aldean, Toby Keith, Darius Rucker and Dave Matthews Band.
