Luxury Swiss watchmaker, RAYMOND WEIL, Kings Jewelers and Gibson hosted a private event to celebrate the guitar-inspired nabucco timepiece and the brands’ partnership. The evening’s proceeds benefit The VH1 Save The Music Foundation.

On Wednesday, October 14th, ACME Feed & Seed in downtown Nashville played host to a special celebration with RAYMOND WEIL and Gibson benefiting VH1 Save The Music, a foundation that RAYMOND WEIL has supported since 2011. The two companies collaborated to create the special addition Nabucco timepiece.
The annual music bash that is Commodore Quake is back again. Students, alumni, and Nashvillians alike can get excited for two more huge musical acts to take the stage at Memorial Gym on Friday, October 23. This year, The Music Group is excited to present The Band Perry and Third Eye Blind.

Long before receiving a CMA Entertainer of the Year nomination and shattering venue attendance records on his The Outsiders World Tour, Eric Church beguiled audiences in gritty dive bars with solo renditions of his then lesser-known hits amidst his show while giving his band a break from grueling three hour a night-plus set. Last night, Church found himself back in a small theater in North Carolina in a familiar yet slightly different situation after breaking in through a second story balcony, but still standing on stage with his trademark aviators and an electric guitar in hand wondering what in the hell he should play.
Some of the biggest names in music will come together to celebrate the holidays on “CMA Country Christmas,” a two-hour special hosted for the sixth year by Jennifer Nettles airing Thursday, Dec. 3 (9:00-11:00 PM/ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Country singer/songwriter Liz Moriondo announces “Throw Ya Back” as the first single off her debut self-titled EP. Produced by David Huff (Little Big Town, Lady Antebellum, The Doobie Brothers), the song was written by Moriondo for Bass Pro Shops CEO, Johnny Morris.
“I am from the birthplace of Bass Pro Shops. They have been a big part of my life for a long time, and Johnny Morris has been so supportive of my career that I wrote him this song,” adds Moriondo, a Missouri native who is now based in Nashville.
The music video is imbued with humor, and the song, which aptly compares some men to fish that just aren’t ready to be caught, is already a favorite around Bass Pro headquarters in Springfield, MO. “Most women have been there at least once in their life. You catch a guy and immediately know you want to just throw him back,” adds Liz with a smile.
Liz Moriondo has partnered with some of the top names in the outdoor industry to premiere the official music video for “Throw Ya Back.” Her video will also be featured on three nation-wide outdoor shows airing on the Hunt Channel, Pursuit Channel, World Fishing Network, and NBC Sports. Directed by Jimmy Sites, VP of the Hunt Channel and producer of Spiritual Outdoor Adventures, the video was shot in Lyles, TN.
Next week, fans can see Liz Moriondo perform “Throw Ya Back,” as well as other songs off the EP, at the World’s Hunting and Waterfowl Expo at the Bass Pro Shops Pyramid in Memphis, TN on Oct. 22. Award-winning country music icon Reba serves as guest announcer for the sixth episode of “Best Time Ever with Neil Patrick Harris” on Tuesday, Oct. 20 (8 p.m. ET/PT). Reba will appear throughout the hour from the coveted guest announcer booth, providing commentary and previewing what’s to come throughout the show.
Next week, Musicians On Call (MOC), a groundbreaking nonprofit organization that brings live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients in healthcare facilities across the country, will be kicking off a first-of-its-kind, four city Rock The Room Tour. The tour will launch on October 21st in Nashville with an event that is almost sold out at City Winery, which will feature performances by Martina McBride, Kelsea Ballerini and now Reba, one of the most successful female recording artists in history, who will do a special acoustic performance at the event, a rare occurrence for the artist.
