KACEY MUSGRAVES’ HIGHLY ANTICIPATED SOPHOMORE ALBUM, PAGEANT MATERIAL, AVAILABLE TOMORROW

Mercury Nashville’s Kacey Musgraves is set to perform on ABC’s Good Morning America (June 23) and The View (June 24) in celebration of her highly anticipated sophomore album, Pageant Material. Available at retailers worldwide tomorrow, Kacey co-wrote all of the tracks on Pageant Material as well as co-produced with Shane McAnally and Luke Laird. 

“I really wanted this album to have a classic feel, like a lot of the records I know and love” says Musgraves. “I intended on it having a laid-back yet lush, slightly kitschy, western vibe. And most of all, I wanted it to feel like me.”

The album has already received positive early reviews with Billboard giving it 4.5/5 Stars stating “This is an even better album than her last, with more consistency and variety.” Newsday calls it “an undeniable winner” while the Associated Press notes “Musgraves confirms her emergence as one of Nashville’s boldest, most effective artists.”
