The Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum welcomes thousands of country music fans to the CMA Music Festival, June 11-14. The museum will offer a packed week of activities, presented by Xfinity, beginning Wednesday, June 10. In addition to autograph signings, performances, special programs, and the new exhibition Luke Bryan: Dirt Road Diary, the museum will offer a last chance to see the exhibitions Kenny Rogers: Through the Years, closing June 15, and Alan Jackson: 25 Years of Keepin’ it Country, closing June 21. Six-time chart-topping country artist Rodney Atkins will once again take over the busy streets of downtown Nashville“Music City Gives Back”Tuesday, June 9. Launched in 2011 as a way to raise funds for Nashvillians who suffered devastating losses during the 2010 flood, this year’s concert will support the W.O. Smith Music School. Atkins will host a star-studded lineup for the event, with Atkins, Lee Brice, Tyler Farr, Maddie and Tae and Kip Moore all set to perform.

CARRIE UNDERWOOD KICKS OFF SUMMER AT CMA MUSIC FESTIVAL

On the day after the unofficial start of summer, Carrie Underwood tapped her social networks to announce that she will be performing at LP Field during the 2015 CMA Music Festival Nightly Concerts. Her performance at this year’s CMA Music Festival will mark the 10th anniversary of her first performance in 2005 following her victorious run on “American Idol” that same year.

“We know our fans will be thrilled to kick off summer with Carrie at CMA Music Festival,” said Sarah Trahern, CMA Chief Executive Officer.

The Ultimate Country Music Fan Experience™, CMA Music Festival takes place Thursday through Sunday, June 11-14 in Nashville.

Underwood performs Saturday, June 13. Tickets to the Nightly Concerts at LP Field sold out in November. Seven free entertainment stages give fans an opportunity to choose their musical adventure, including the hugely popular Chevrolet Riverfront Stage, which consistently fills the Cumberland riverbank each of the four days.
