City Winery, the unique 300-seat music venue with locations in NY, Chicago, Napa and Nashville, has announced today a major innovation with its mobile ticketing program. The “luxury concert venue,” founded by Knitting Factory founder Michael Dorf, released the “seat-picking” system when it launched its own proprietary ticketing platform in 2008. Since then, the company has experienced tremendous growth in sales with upwards of 300,000 tickets selling a year and 90% of the 300-seat shows selling out on a monthly basis—all tickets sold through their own website.

COUNTRY MUSIC SENSATION GRANGER SMITH ANNOUNCES PART II OF WILDLY SUCCESSFUL “YEE YEE NATION TOUR”
Country music sensation Granger Smith swept the nation and reached hundreds of thousands this fall with his headlining tour “YEE YEE NATION 2014.” Smith moves into the second leg of the tour with the launch of “YEE YEE NATION: PART II,” bringing his high-energy and raved about live shows to the west coast in early 2015. Smith, the hottest independent act in country music, officially kicks off the tour Thursday, Feb. 5 in Tucson, AZ and routes through numerous cities in Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Montanta, Idaho, Utah and Colorado throughout its run. Several stops on the tour have already sold out.
