Streamsound Records Names Karen Tallier to Newly Formed Position as Vice President of Media Marketing

Fifteen-year industry veteran Karen Tallier has joined Streamsound Records as Vice President of Media Marketing. In the newly formed position, Tallier will oversee all marketing efforts, including publicity, digital media and creative services.  She will report directly to CEO Steve Richardson.

Tallier has owned and operated LOUDMOUTHpr for over a decade. Her successes on behalf of some of the industry’s best-known and most effective independent labels including Broken Bow Records, Stoney Creek Records, Average Joes Entertainment, RPM Entertainment and Cold River Records is unparalleled.  Tallier has been an enthusiastic supporter of several charities and plans to continue her work consulting on non-profit events for The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America, which includes their annual Buds-n-Suds music festival. Prior to her work at LOUDMOUTH, Tallier worked at RCA Label Group with positions held in Finance and Publicity. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from The University of Florida and resides in Franklin, TN with her teenage daughter.

 

Launched in 2012, Streamsound Records is an independent country record label based inBrentwood, Tennessee, and distributed byATO Records. The company’s principals areByron Gallimore (producer of Tim McGraw, Sugarland, Faith Hill) Jim Wilkes and Tim McHugh, In October 2013, the company moved into an 11,500 square foot facility that includes songwriting rooms, planned studio space and a performance hall for live events. The label roster includes Kristian Bush, Austin Webb, Dakota Bradley, and Jaida Dreyer.
