The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) will be featured on the hit ABC television drama Nashville on Wednesday, January 22nd at 10pm ET/9pm CT. The successful series stars Connie Britton as fading country music superstar Rayna Jaymes, Hayden Panettiere as young rising country star Juliette Barnes, longtime ASCAP members Charles Esten (Deacon Claybourne) and Jonathan Jackson (Avery Barkley), Kimberly Williams-Paisley and more. Country artist Trace Adkins has checked himself into rehab earlier this week after an incident onboard a recent country cruise involving a Trace Adkins impersonator where the singer reportedly was involved in a fight with the impersonator. TMZ reports that Adkins fought with the impersonator who was singing karaoke onboard the country cruise. After the fight got physical, when the ship stopped in Jamaica, Adkins got off of the ship.
